We asked for all maintenance and suspension parts to be inspected, with the anticipation that something was wrong with the front-end. Over 3 years ago, I had brought my car into a non-dealer shop for what inspected, with the anticipation that something was wrong with the front-end. Over 3 years ago, I had brought my car into a non-dealer shop for what I believed were front-end or steering problems, but they were unable to find anything (although they charged me a boatload for the service). The same "quirk" continued and I assumed everything was okay. The inspection revealed that there were several things wrong. Now, I only wonder if they have been wrong since the "other guys" looked at it. The "quirk" is fixed - if only I'd known... In the end, my husband said we will never take the car anywhere but Jeff Wylers for repairs - regardless of price difference. Kudos to you. More
