I met a total of three people while shopping for a new vehicle at Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall -- the manager, the paperwork guy (aka Ken), and my personal sales person (aka Kelly Kaylor). He listened to me and helped me get the vehicle I desired -- a Kia Sorento SX. He also worked with me to get the best deal possible. Jeff Wyler is fortunate to have Mr. Kaylor on it's sales staff. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Kaylor to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

We searched around for the best deal on one of a few cars that we were looking at. We did negotiating via email and had a...misunderstanding (a typo, I guess you might call it) in the email from the dealers that we were looking at. We did negotiating via email and had a...misunderstanding (a typo, I guess you might call it) in the email from the dealership to us -- but we drove from North of Columbus, to London, to Springfield to take delivery of our new vehicle. When we got there...the misunderstanding was resolved satisfactorily. Although we did not get the EXACT vehicle that we had been hoping for -- we got a good deal on a vehicle that is really close! I live almost an hour from the dealership, but I found the vehicle I wanted on the internet. I did my research and had a very good idea of a fair price considering the new vehicle and my trade in. I called and asked the salesman about the truck, and basically said I didn't want to come over if they weren't willing to make a deal. The salesman asked what price I was thinking, and he told me to come on over! No haggle, no hassle and I think it was a fair deal for both parties. Everyone was really nice and took good care of me. Paperwork was quick and easy, and there wasn't the high pressure for add-ons. The salesman has contacted me a couple of ways over the course of the week to check in. All in all it was an easy and generally pleasant experience, even though car shopping isn't something I like to do. I would recommend both the salesman and the dealership, and the only downside for me right now is the distance from home. More
I decided to purchase my leased Vera Cruz. I had originally leased the Vera Cruz through Tom and when I decided to purchase it I contacted Tom. Everything went very smoothly and all the paperwork ws completed quickly. II have always had good experiences at this dealership and have referred others to Tom for their purchases. The experience I had in purchasing the 2011 Malibu was wonderful it was easy and painless. I was not pressured to buy extra service agreements or things I did not need. We asked for all maintenance and suspension parts to be inspected, with the anticipation that something was wrong with the front-end. Over 3 years ago, I had brought my car into a non-dealer shop for what inspected, with the anticipation that something was wrong with the front-end. Over 3 years ago, I had brought my car into a non-dealer shop for what I believed were front-end or steering problems, but they were unable to find anything (although they charged me a boatload for the service). The same "quirk" continued and I assumed everything was okay. The inspection revealed that there were several things wrong. Now, I only wonder if they have been wrong since the "other guys" looked at it. The "quirk" is fixed - if only I'd known... In the end, my husband said we will never take the car anywhere but Jeff Wylers for repairs - regardless of price difference. Kudos to you. More
