Monday 12 Sept we took delivery of a 2012 Hyundai Elantra, Randy Crawford was our salesman who did a great job of helping us select a car. we had been looking at new or slightly used cars with this sales person for a few weeks. The weekend we went in to make a decision the dealership was having one of those sales where they jack up the pric this sales person for a few weeks. The weekend we went in to make a decision the dealership was having one of those sales where they jack up the price, bring in an outside sales force, and send out mailers offering some prize if you come in. I was not interested in any of that. I had thoroughly researched the car and was knowledgeable about the tru value and the actual price from the dealers website. We were trying to buy a 2010 Chrysler Seabring. with around 30,000 miles on it. the price on the website was acceptable but because of this sale they had going on. They jacked up the price by almost 7,000 dollars. I had to point out what the internet price was to their internet sales person (he was who we were dealing with). after he got permission to give me the actual price of the car. a different sales guy came out and tried to push on us all these extra warranties even though the car still had the original warranty in place. then after the contract has been signed they inform me that the car only has one key and that we will have to pay almost $200.00 for a second key. now before we signed anything we had negotiated that they would fix a barely noticeable scratch on the door. It still has not been fixed a few months later. but they did touch up some chips in the hood and door the night we bought it. as far as I am concerned I would not recommend them to anyone. They give car sales a bad name. All they want is to rip you off of as much money as possible. I own a business and have made it my mission to tell as many people as possible not to go to this place. The sales service was awful! I completely do not recommend! More
Phil was great thru my whole experience! During my visit to the dealership he never made me feel like he was rushed, even thou he spent a good four hours with me! I had an amazing experience at Jeff Wyler. Yesterday I purchased a beautiful 2011 Toyota Camry. My sales person Eric was wonderful! The moment I checked out Jeff Wyler website last week I received excelle purchased a beautiful 2011 Toyota Camry. My sales person Eric was wonderful! The moment I checked out Jeff Wyler website last week I received excellent customer service from the online chat agent and throughout the process. Immediately after the chat I had a phone call from Eric inviting me to visit Jeff Wyler that evening. The first night I did not find a vehicle that met my financial needs. However, Eric followed up with me that evening and the next day providing additional cars options. That was reassuring for me and helped me to not give up on purchasing a new vehicle. I then visted the dealership on Tuesday, I test drove the camry and I loved it! Eric worked out the financing for me with Melissa and today I have a brand new car! :) I will be bringing my sister to the dealership next week to work with Eric. More

If they say its only going to take X amount of days...plan longer. They do good work but they dont have it finished in the time frame they promised. They also forgot to put one of the two screws back on my mud flap. The other one was only screwed in half way. The kept my car longer than what I was told making getting to and from work a challenge and still managed to leave things unfinished when it was done. I scheduled it to be done while on vacation so I wouldnt need my car. still didnt have it done when I returned. All I had getting fixed was scratches from a tree that brushed my back fender during a wind storm. Its not like I was involved on an accident where they wait on parts to be delivered. In the end the car was fixed but took more time and effort than what should have been needed on my part. More
