I went to the dealership not sure I wanted to trade in my 2008 Accord. I was interested in a slightly bigger vehicle, but not sure exactly what I wanted. Jeff Coburn showed me the Toyota Venza, explained all the features, then we took it for a test drive and I loved it. He worked with me on the price, and the trade in along with the sales manager. They made it financially feasible for me to do this. Then Ron Racine worked with me on the financing and saved me almost another $1000. Everyone I worked with was great. Of course I have purchased vehicles through Jeff before so I knew I was in good hands from the time I got there. Really appreciated everyone's help. More

Over several months of looking, and test driving, we finally leased a 2012 soul, yesterday, 9-28. Eric was with us every step of the way. He is very courteous, professional, and supportive. Great buying experience! Saleman was friendly and I didn't feel like I was getting high-pressured into a sale. He even pointed out a couple a small flaws that I wasn't aware of. I felt like I was getting a full disclosure of the vehicle. Extras were nice, like pulling away with a full tank of gas and being offered free car washes. I have always had a great experience coming to Jeff Wyler Toyota service. Until today when I found out that Anthony Racine was no longer my service advisor. And was told I would be working with Andy Stathopo Toyota service. Until today when I found out that Anthony Racine was no longer my service advisor. And was told I would be working with Andy Stathopoulos. I have dealt with Andy in the past with service of my GM product and found that he tried to sell me services that I did not need. I am very nervous about having to see him on my next service for fear he will try to twist my arm into having more work done than I really need. When I purchased my Toyota I checked to see who would be my service advisor and was very pleased to find it was Anthony and Tim. At this point seeing there is no other Toyota dealer in town I will only work with Tim. Very disappointed in Jeff Wyler More

Monday 12 Sept we took delivery of a 2012 Hyundai Elantra, Randy Crawford was our salesman who did a great job of helping us select a car. we had been looking at new or slightly used cars with this sales person for a few weeks. The weekend we went in to make a decision the dealership was having one of those sales where they jack up the pric this sales person for a few weeks. The weekend we went in to make a decision the dealership was having one of those sales where they jack up the price, bring in an outside sales force, and send out mailers offering some prize if you come in. I was not interested in any of that. I had thoroughly researched the car and was knowledgeable about the tru value and the actual price from the dealers website. We were trying to buy a 2010 Chrysler Seabring. with around 30,000 miles on it. the price on the website was acceptable but because of this sale they had going on. They jacked up the price by almost 7,000 dollars. I had to point out what the internet price was to their internet sales person (he was who we were dealing with). after he got permission to give me the actual price of the car. a different sales guy came out and tried to push on us all these extra warranties even though the car still had the original warranty in place. then after the contract has been signed they inform me that the car only has one key and that we will have to pay almost $200.00 for a second key. now before we signed anything we had negotiated that they would fix a barely noticeable scratch on the door. It still has not been fixed a few months later. but they did touch up some chips in the hood and door the night we bought it. as far as I am concerned I would not recommend them to anyone. They give car sales a bad name. All they want is to rip you off of as much money as possible. I own a business and have made it my mission to tell as many people as possible not to go to this place. The sales service was awful! I completely do not recommend! More
Phil was great thru my whole experience! During my visit to the dealership he never made me feel like he was rushed, even thou he spent a good four hours with me!
