I called and made an appointment to have the 1st 5,000 mi. oil change and service for my 2011 Corolla. I was given a date and time and received the answer to a question. I purchased my first new car from Eric Powell at Jeff Wyler Springfield. Eric is a very courteous and professional sales associate who did not try to sell me something outside of my interest. My wife has purchased several cars from Chuck Otstot in the past and she thinks Chuck is one of the best car salesman she has ever dealt with. I fact she regrets not purchasing her most recent car from Chuck because the last dealership she dealt with sold her a very expensive warranty on a vehicle that supposedly already had a factory warranty and failed to explain to her that very fact or that she was buying and after market warranty. They made it financially feasible for me to do this. Then Ron Racine worked with me on the financing and saved me almost another $1000. Everyone I worked with was great. Great buying experience! Saleman was friendly and I didn't feel like I was getting high-pressured into a sale. He even pointed out a couple a small flaws that I wasn't aware of. I have always had a great experience coming to Jeff Wyler Toyota service. Until today when I found out that Anthony Racine was no longer my service advisor. And was told I would be working with Andy Stathopo Toyota service. Until today when I found out that Anthony Racine was no longer my service advisor. And was told I would be working with Andy Stathopoulos. I have dealt with Andy in the past with service of my GM product and found that he tried to sell me services that I did not need. I am very nervous about having to see him on my next service for fear he will try to twist my arm into having more work done than I really need. When I purchased my Toyota I checked to see who would be my service advisor and was very pleased to find it was Anthony and Tim. At this point seeing there is no other Toyota dealer in town I will only work with Tim. Very disappointed in Jeff Wyler More
