I called and made an appointment to have the 1st 5,000 mi. oil change and service for my 2011 Corolla. I was given a date and time and received the answer to a question. My wife has purchased several cars from Chuck Otstot in the past and she thinks Chuck is one of the best car salesman she has ever dealt with. I fact she regrets not purchasing her most recent car from Chuck because the last dealership she dealt with sold her a very expensive warranty on a vehicle that supposedly already had a factory warranty and failed to explain to her that very fact or that she was buying and after market warranty.
