I was just about to purchase a vehicle from another dealership and I stopped in at Jeff Wyler in Springfield to get one more comparison. I had decided on a Chevy 1500 crew cab. They had a great selection and Gary Bowman was very helpful in showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. From my initial contact with Gary, the staff exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. Everyone had a positive attitude. JD Clark, the sales manager, and Gary gave me their undivided attention while I was there. JD helped finish the deal and was extremely grateful for my business. When I picked the vehicle up, Melissa Loney walked me right through the paperwork like a true professional. Kelly Kaylor helped me get the hands free system on the truck paired up with my phone. You can tell that these people truly like what they do. So many dealerships these days have the culture of every man for himself. But my experience at Jeff Wyler in Springfield was much different. They ultimately got my business because they worked as a TEAM! I would give them all a 6, but the scale only goes to 5. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the market again. I called three dealerships in my living area telling the salesperson I was going to buy a new car and told him I was going to buy a new car and basicaly the type I wanted. I asked the salesperson to act upon the information given and call me back. I was rather desperate because my car would not operate without overheating. I had just paid $1,066 and was told by the auto repair company that I would need a new radiator and that cost would be roughly $500. My husband had just passed away four months ago and I was rather desperate and extremely frustrated. Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall, salesman Darwin Mabra, was the only one of the three businesses called that returned my call. Darwin Mabra even set up a plan to bring a car to my home on Monday morning. I had talked with him on Saturday. I did not want to bother my two children. It was important to me, a 72 year old woman, to transact this business myself. However, upon informing my two children of my plans, one of my daughters was at my home within two hours and I was on my way to meet Mr. Mabra and pick out my car. I bought within 48 hours, paying cash, my beautiful Dodge Caravan. The customer service provided to me by everyone at Jeff Wyler was stupendous. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler to everyone. Also, they have made two follow up calls to my home checking to see if I had any questions. In addition, I had to made two calls to them. One, I needed information on how to register my new car with the state and two, I had trouble shutting the passenger sliding back door. Darwin Mabra, by phone, walked me through each step. So simple for most, but overwhelming for me. I thank Jeff Wyler for all their support. I sincerely believe they went above and beyond the "call of duty" to me. Joyce Neese More
