I was in the unfortunate situation of having to find a vehicle after my truck was hit from behind and totaled. I randomedly picked DANIELLE FINCH from the Jeff Wyler website and e-mailed her about a Ch vehicle after my truck was hit from behind and totaled. I randomedly picked DANIELLE FINCH from the Jeff Wyler website and e-mailed her about a Chrysler 200 that was on sale on the website. She promptly replied. I couldn't get down to look at the car, as we were going out of state, but she kept in touch throughout the next week. When I returned home, I dropped by the car lot on a Saturday. DANIELLE was busy with a customer and I learned she also had another customer on the way. When I had a chance, I introduced myself to her. She squeezed me in before her next appointment. I showed her another Chrysler 200 that I liked and asked if I could get the same deal as the car I initially inquired about. She said sure, and she sold me a Chrysler 200. Since the sale was made, she has called me and sent e-mails, making sure I was happy with the car and offering to be of help in the future. DANIELLE really cares about her customers after the sale.
