The service appoinment was available within an hour and a half for a recall on my Kia Optima. The only small problem was that a customer for the Kia service manager was taking too much time to complain about half for a recall on my Kia Optima. Other than that, the wait for the procedure was only about 45 minutes. I do lve in Beavercreek OH, so I don't go to Springfield for routine service since Springfield is much farther away. However, when I do go, I always have good service there. More

We were a bit apprehensive about the ‘buying a new car” necessity. It has been over a decade since we purchased a new car. Much has changed in the last 30 years in the car sales industry - to the better thankfully. We looked for a car for over 6 months and test drove half a dozen different models. Don Sheperd at Jeff Wyler Auto Mall was most helpful in our deliberations. He never pressured and was fully informed of his product. He gave us the space we desired to make an informed and very comfortable decision. While starting the process in the Fall 2011, we finalized our purchase of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra (the one we test drove). The financing arrangements through our bank was a nightmare [we thought arrangements were completed prior to our settling on the right car]. Jeff Wyler’s finance got us a better rate for the time we wanted [our bank upped the % of interest and extended the time by 6 months] Kudos to Wyler’s! While their professionalism was apparent from the beginning, it lasted throughout the 6 month process, never wavering, and it alone deserves mentioning. Better yet for them, I will be my first stop for another car – why would I look anywhere else. More
I Love, Love, LOVE my new Malibu. I had a unique situation when trying to look for a car and am a "picky" person. Tammie worked for over a week to find a car I liked and would work for me. She always let me know what was going on, but didn't pester me. Once the vehicle was found, I made an appointment to come in and sign paperwork. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and was in and out in a very short amount of time. The whole process was very easy. This dealership is a joy to work with. I know if I have any questions / concerns I can call up and any of people I met would be willing to answer or help me out....from F&I, sales, sales management. Thanks Tammie !! More

I HAVE PURCHASED OR LEASED OTHER CARS FROM JEFF WYLER'S OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE BEEN TREATED ROYALLY EVERY TIME. I had purchased my used Chevy Colorado at Wyler Eastgate and a service light came on as soon as I pulled off the lot. Just my luck. My salesperson, Kevin Aspen, said not to worry it would be taken care of and a service light came on as soon as I pulled off the lot. Just my luck. My salesperson, Kevin Aspen, said not to worry it would be taken care of. I called Wyler Springfield, because Springfield is much closer to me, and talked to TJ and explained the situation to him. He said no problem, bring it in. Very professional service personnel. It ended up being a significant issue and I thought wow this is gonna cost me. Wrong. TJ contacted GM and not only was the repair covered by General Motors they also put me in a rental car for the entire six days that my truck was in the shop. I cannot say enough good about the entire sales and service staff at both Eastgate and Springfield. They have a customer for life. More
