We have been accustomed to seeing the negotiating process start with the dealer starting with a high price for the new vehicle and a rediculously low price for the trade in. AT Jeff Wyler, the first offer for both new and trade in was very fair. Negotiations after that were very minor and without the usual two or three trips back to the Sales Manager to get resolution. We recently came to Jeff Wyler Automall to look at Toyota Siennas. We knew what model we wanted when we came, but we hadn't decided whether to purchase a used or new Sienna van. That was so helpful because buying a car is a big decision and we did not want to feel pressured or that we were being talked into something that we didn't want. Gary was nearby and ready to answer the questions that we had. We came back on several occasions, asking for and dealing with Gary each visit and found him to be extremely helpful during the decision making and buying of the van we chose, which has everything that we were looking for. We love our van and had a very positive experience with Gary Bowman, as well as Melissa Loney in finance and the gentleman from the service department who helped us choose an entertainment system that we opted to have added to our Sienna.
