I am still in amazement at how quick, easy, and enjoyable my car buying experience at Jeff Wyler was!! I met Rick first, even though my credit situation was not the best, he had faith in his ability to help my car buying experience at Jeff Wyler was!! Sure enough, he called me 2 days later and brought me in to meet Steve and pick out a car! Steve was a blast to work with, and was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. That man has personality out to ears!!! Last I was introduced to Ken, who helped get all of the loan documents taken care of. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me which I really appreciated. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car lot, and that is where I will make my purchases from now on! :) More

Approximately 3 weeks ago brought vehicle in because the air conditioning was not working properly. Three days ago while driving home the car stopped and would not start. This is a new car purchased Decem air conditioning was not working properly. Three days ago while driving home the car stopped and would not start. This is a new car purchased December 1, 2011. Car was towed in. I had to rent a car out of my own pocket. Late in the first day, it was finally determined that that the air conditioner compressor had frozen-up and would not let the belt turn which stopped the engine. I understand that parts go bad. At approximately noon the second day, I was called and informed that it was fixed. I asked if an oil change could be accomplished and have the car ready by 3 pm. I was assured that it would be no problem. I arrived at approximately 3.20 pm and saw my vehicle parked outside the service area. The cashier did not have my keys or paperwork. She called and told me it would a few minutes. 15 minutes later I asked again and was told that she had not received either. I went out to the service area and was told that they were “charging my oil filter” (???). 10 ten minutes later I finally got my keys and paid for the oil change. My car was still in the same place as when I had arrived. Later I called another Hyundai dealer’s service explained about the initial problem with the car and the service manager knew right off that it was the air conditioner compressor. I asked about the “charging the oil filter” and he started to laugh. I know I am the average person but I am not stupid. This was a service manager just trying to get over. More

From the moment we entered the dealership Matt Haller met us and immediately began giving the service which we can truly say was professional. He was friendly and was interested in our needs and worked to us and immediately began giving the service which we can truly say was professional. He and Phil Beach were not detered by the fact that we kept them there even after closing time and neither was Ron Racine who ensured the paperwork was done. I highly recommend Ben to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I drive nearly an hour one way because I know I am going to get the best deal, one on one personalization and just all around greatness. He knows his vehicles backward and forward, if there is something he is unsure about, he finds out for you. He makes sure all of your questions are answered before you leave the dealership, then tells you, "If you think of anything else, or have another question, please call me". Melissa is very personable as well. She explains the car paperwork to you very efficiently while making it quick and pleasant. You actually know what you are signing when you put your name on the dotted line, which makes it very nice and allows you to worry less. He knows his products extremely well and provides some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I came in looking for a used vehicle and Don was able to find me a brand new car for the same price, which I absolutely adore! Purchasing a vehicle can be a very stressful experience, but we will always keep coming back to Don Shepherd at Jeff Wyler because we know that he always makes it as easy as possible. On a scale of 1-10, I give Don a 20! The entire team at Jeff Wyler was very friendly and helpful through the entire process, from sales to financing. We found our experience at this dealer to be very good. Don Shepherd was very helpful and informative without being pushy or trying hard to sell us a car. When we did decide to purchase a vehicle, we were also very pleased with the negotiating process. We have been accustomed to seeing the negotiating process start with the dealer starting with a high price for the new vehicle and a rediculously low price for the trade in. AT Jeff Wyler, the first offer for both new and trade in was very fair. Negotiations after that were very minor and without the usual two or three trips back to the Sales Manager to get resolution. Our first stop for our next vehicle will be at Jeff Wyler! More
