When I came to JefF Wyler's looking for a car we were When I came to JefF Wyler's looking for a car we were greeted by Terry Smith, he was very friendly and allowed us to test drive a Toyota Prius. Terry was very helpful in helping me get the car I wanted with what I wanted and needed. After I purchased the car he arranged for me to be able to get it right away because I was going out of town the next day. The car I choose did not come with heated seats and I really wanted those again without all the extras that were with cars in a much higher price range with heated seats. He checked and informed me I could get those but the car would need to go to Cincinnati to have them installed and that it would take two days to get them installed, he arranged for me to be able to get a rental car after I returned from my trip. Unfortunately when I went on that trip I had an incident with the front tire and had to use the spare, was not able to get a tire replaced where I was for several days so I called Terry and he arranged for a tire to be available when I came back that Monday and also arranged for the car to get the heated seats installed at the same time it was in. He went out of his way to help, he has call me since to see if I have adjusted to the car and how I liked it. Terry is probably the best and most helpful salesman I have ever encountered when buying a car. I would recommend Terry to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used car. More

Dale made it very easy and was worth the drive. My wife and myself came all the way up there from Kentucky almost 3 hrs one way on the road and we are glad we did.
