Russ Heaton was very professional and courteous during selling us a 2012 Chrysler 200. He patiently adressed our questions and led us through the comparision process with another brand vehicle to meet the selling us a 2012 Chrysler 200. My experience with the Salesman was great. Three days later I take the vehicle in because the service engine light came on and they wanted to charge me 90 dollars fee for a diagnostic test. I feel that this is the dealers responsibility to make this right not try to charge me for something that should never have happened. If this vehicle was serviced like they said then they should have known the light would come on. I am very frustrated about this. I bought an extended warranty but I will probably have a different garage work on my vehicle besides Jeff Wyler. More
