I went to the Jeff Wyler dealership in Eastgate looking for a Nitro. I walked into one of the buildings (bc I had never been there before) looking for someone to help me. I stood in the lobby of this deale for a Nitro. I walked into one of the buildings (bc I had never been there before) looking for someone to help me. I stood in the lobby of this dealership for a good 5 minutes while salesman after salesman walked right by me & didnt ask if I needed help or if I had even been helped yet. I can only assume it was because I was alone (being a female) & how young I look that no one acknowledged me right away. I finally had to step in someone's path while they were walking by me to ask for help. After someone did help me, even if they would have had what I went there looking for, I would not have bought it from them. No one should be treated that way at a place of business no matter your gender. I kept searching online for a vehicle I wanted & I did locate one at the Jeff Wyler dealership in Springfield. I was very uncertain about driving up there (over an hour away) to be treated the same way. However, when I got there, it was a totally different story. Everyone wanted to help as soon as I entered the door. I worked with Eric Powell & Ron Racine who were great!!! Once I had explained my situation to them about the other dealership they could not be more apologetic. More
