My service experience on Feb. 6, 2013 was excellent. My Toyota was in for oil change and 10,000 mile maint. I was looking for a New Car because I needed a spare and my truck was getting a lot of miles and repairs. But didnt want to give my truck up. I had already knew what car I wanted. He told me everything about the car as we drove on the highway and on country roads. He treated like he had knew me for ever. He never once push me in to the sale of the car. I knew before I got their that I was getting the car. He had already had the a finacial group ready in case I wanted the car and their was little business talk. Just friendly talk and compleded evry question I had on the Cruze. We got back and offered me a drink Signed the papers and left Happy and pleased it was so easy to buy a car. We found a 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE via the Internet on one of Jeff Wylers lots in KY. We ended up talking to Ben Webster late on a Thursday about having the vehicle brought to Springfield for us to check it of Jeff Wylers lots in KY.
