I went in to see if it was possible to purchase a new car and keep the price near what I was paying. Tom was busy when I went but Brandy started the process and was very helpful and professional. From arrival till I drove off the lot in my new Hyundai--only 2 and a half hours. My Elantra is the 2nd new car I have purchased from Jeff Wylers. The service has always been great. But I have noticed that it is not quite as good as it use to be. When they change my oil, they lay the oi Wylers. The service has always been great. But I have noticed that it is not quite as good as it use to be. When they change my oil, they lay the oil caps on top and don't wipe off the oil when they are done, I never know if my oil change is due at 3000, 3500 or 3750 miles. It changes each time and sometimes I don't always get a new sticker to remind me. I would prefer a little more information when they check the breaks and tires. I wonder if they are really looking at everything they are suppose to be. I take pride in my car and only allow Jeff Wylers to work on it. I trust that they will take care of me and not turn into a jiffy lube. I give Jeff Wyler service a good rating. More

Russ was wonderful in helping me buy a new Chevrolet that completely suits my needs without a lot of extras that I do not need( or even know what they are for) He listened to my likes and dislikes on car color and my must have items and picked out a beautiful 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that I am completely trilled with. Kia service manual stated 3,000 miles for first oil change. Mr. Hayes and service people said 5,000 miles. Apparently Jeff Wyler knows more than the builder of the car. The overall buying experience was pleasant. My salesman was terrific to work with. I was a little disappointed in the value given for my trade, but we was able to agree on a deal I could live with. I was a little disappointed that there were no frills with a new car purchase. No free oil changes, service vouchers, etc. Many dealers are giving away televisions, grills, etc. with a new vehicle purchase. This dealership did not offer anything. However, I am pleased with the truck and pleased with the friendliness of the staff. More
