Best experience ever! I took our 2012 Prius C into Jeff Wyler for service, and while there I talked to Jeff Coburn (salesman) about trading our 2012 Prius in on a leftover I took our 2012 Prius C into Jeff Wyler for service, and while there I talked to Jeff Coburn (salesman) about trading our 2012 Prius in on a leftover 2018 Prius C. He was not pushy at ALL, and gave me a worst or best case scenario depending on their evaluation of our 2012 Prius. To make a long story short, the next day we went in and bought the 2018 Prius C. Through the whole process there was absolutely NO pressure for us to buy this car. There was a "little" pressure to buy the extra coverage packages, but that is to be expected, and was nothing like the strong-armed tactics that I have experienced at other dealers. I am 70 years old, and this is by far the BEST experience I have ever had when buying a new car. I could write a book about bad experiences I have had at dealers. Hmmmm....I'm retired, so maybe.... New car pwmer I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trak from salesman Eric Powell who was very through on all aspects I needed to be told concerning my purchase and Terry Smit I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trak from salesman Eric Powell who was very through on all aspects I needed to be told concerning my purchase and Terry Smith helped me setup all my features available on the car so I was prepared to leave the dealership assured everything was proper for me plus he took me to the service area and explained this process and I met Kendra who gave me much confidence if/when I needed to bring my car in for service needs. I ordered heated seats to be installed and the dealership gave me a free shuttle trip back to my home and offered to pick me up when my car was complete and ready to take home. All individuals treated me with respect and helped me with any questions I had plus assured me I can call for any issues or questions in the future. I rate this dealership top in my book More

Excellent I bought a new vehicle last year from Russ Heaton. Very happy with my experience. I had to have my vehicle towed in last Friday do to mechanical failu I bought a new vehicle last year from Russ Heaton. Very happy with my experience. I had to have my vehicle towed in last Friday do to mechanical failure. I got there before they closed and Brandon in the service department was so very helpful and so very nice. I had my vehicle back on Tuesday at 100%. My experience with this dealership has always been wonderful. It’s a great place to buy a car. God bless Jeff Wyler and all of his employees. It was diagnosed quickly and I was immediately offered a vehicle to use until the part came in and could be installed. This was Friday. I repair life saving medical equipment and can be called to work in a moments notice so reliable transportation is a must. Brandon set me up right away with a vehicle to use and mine was repaired by Monday afternoon. Excellent customer service from Brandon when entering the service department and excellent from Jeff when picking up my car. Also, perfect repair work. More

Poor business practices Jason at Jeff Wyler called us on Monday afternoon and said the finances are settled the truck is yours come in Tuesday and pick it up. On Tuesday, Jason at Jeff Wyler called us on Monday afternoon and said the finances are settled the truck is yours come in Tuesday and pick it up. On Tuesday, before we got there they sold it to someone else! Al so, the price quoted on Monday was $313 per month. Mysteriously, on Tuesday (if the truck had still been there) the price had risen to $391 per month. You can't trust anything they tell you. More
