When my 2 door car no longer met my needs, my dad simply said "Let's go talk to Phil." I was hesitant about going to a dealership and didnt want to feel pushed into a vehicle or get ripped off on pricing. said "Let's go talk to Phil." We only got a few feet in the door before a salesman greeted us and we werent even finished explaining my situation before Phil Beach walks up with a smile and friendly personality. He is a manager now but said he would still help me find what I needed before he had a salesman step in to help with the leg work. I had done my research on what cars I was interested in and when I told him one of the cars was out of state, he simply said "No problem, we will get it here." He asked what I wanted in a car and then took us outside to the lot to show us onsite options. If I didnt like something, he simply said, "No problem" and showed me a car with my added qualifications. He knew the details of the cars, gas mileage, warranties, and stayed within my price range. I let him know I had been talking with the bank for a loan and again, "No problem." I felt comfortable the entire time asking any questions, being in the vehicles, and felt his answers were honest. Within an hour, I had found the vehicle I wanted that met all my requirements, and had extra perks. Phil promised he would keep us in good hands, and he kept his promise. Tyler Lacey was asked to assist us in the details. He got us set up for a test drive, explained the back roads since we are not from the area, answered all our questions, and made the transition easy. I forgot the title for my car and Tyler shared Phil's motto of "No problem, we can take care of that." We were provided cold beverages while waiting, friendly conversation by Phil and Tyler both, and the car was cleaned while we completed paperwork. I walked in shortly before lunch and went home with my new 4 door SUV feeling confident in my choice of vehicle, and friendly knowledgeable sales associates. I am proud to say I am the 3rd member of my family to purchase a vehicle from here and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants "No problems" with purchasing a vehicle. i just got out of filing for bankruptey and was looking to get a car.. a fersh start. i went to J.Schmitt ( Fairborn ) , Trenor Moters (Urbana) , Foeman-Blair ( Spfld) all gave me the run around. When i got the approval it was with a ridulious intrist rate. I went to Jeff Whyler as a "last resort" to get a car. I walked in the showroom,and not 2 seconds went by when i was greated by ANDY RICHARDS. I told Andy of my past experience with the other dealers. He said I am glad you came in " we can get you in a car". I walked in at 4:00pm and I left at 8pm with a 2013 Sonic !! I was approved within 3 hours!! Not 3 or 4 days like the other dealers !!! Andy was polite understanding and eager to help me get in a car and keep the payment where i could afford them. i was very pleased with the help and understanding i got from Andy. When i think of the weeks i spent with the other dealers trying to get a car.. what a waste of time. From here out i will only buy from Jeff Whyler and ANDY RICHARDS.
