Wow, I have to say that you have the most caring, professional and willing to go out of their way to sell you a car. Mr. Egginschwiller did a wonderful job for Jeff Wyler making sure I had the right professional and willing to go out of their way to sell you a car. Owning Pontiac all my life and loving everything about them it was time to buy another car but with no NEW Pontiac's around but then it was time to find another car but was there another out there right for me??. Mr. Egginschwiller wasn't there to just sell me a car but was there to TEACH me everything there was to know about all the cars I test drove. Buying compact cars all my life I just wasn't to happy about buying a car because their was no new car like my vibe. I test drove everything from a Chevy to a Soul and I really thought the Kia Soul was going to be the car, it was cool, very flashy, but small on the inside but then Mr. Egginschwiller showed me the Equinox, I really like it, was roomy for my sons sports equipment but also I live on a farm and cargo space is what I needed for feed bags, hay, things for the fair, I mean I can really pack out that car so I drove one (around the parking lot) and told him nope. I don't think this vehicle is soooo big, but after I got home and really thought about it the space, the new tech, the gas mileage, the cargo room everything I needed was in that car. So the next day I tried it again and you know, it was the right car for me. I am very happy with the choice I made, because pretty soon I wont be the young chicken and the Chevy Equinox can keep me comfortable of all the years to come. This was my husband and I's first time purchasing a car together. When we went to the dealership we were nervous about getting in over our heads and leaving with a large car payment. Bobby Sells and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly from the time we pulled into the lot to the time we left and made us feel very comfortable, confident, and at ease with our decision. Bobby was very thorough in finding out exactly what we wanted in a car and staying in our price range. He asked about both of our wants and needs and suggested multiple cars for us to look at. Bobby was able to tell us detailed information and teach us about each car. We were able to test drive multiple cars that we were interested and didn't feel rushed in choosing right away. After we returned from each ride, he was there to greet us and talk to us about what we liked and disliked about each car. He took his time and made sure we his number one priority throughout the whole process. We didn't feel pressured into picking the most expensive or the biggest car. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Bobby helped us find the perfect car for us. We are extremely pleased with our new Chevy Equinox! It is spacious, safe, and we love all the new technology such as the touch screen radio and the remote start! We were able to get such a great deal, stay in our price range, and feel confident and comfortable with our decision. Matthew Crosbie was a very friendly sales associate and told my girlfriend and I that he was fairly new but would help with whatever we needed. I came in looking for a certain Toyota Highlander and Matthew told my girlfriend and I that he was fairly new but would help with whatever we needed. I came in looking for a certain Toyota Highlander and Matthew began searching immediately for the exact one I was looking for. It wasn't listed as sold (although it already was) which I don't blame Matthew at all for. He worked and Mark Reeves worked with my bank and even personally called them to try and get me the best financing option possible. Matthew was very helpful and friendly because he was constantly in contact with us, even when other potential buyers came in to speak with him, which was nice because he didn't leave and come back at the end, instead, he was checking up on us all the time making sure we were comfortable. In the end I'm VERY pleased with the other Toyota Highlander that he showed us and ended up purchasing. I would definitely refer any of my friends or family to Matthew and I greatly appreciate his patience, understanding, and constant attention. More
