I had an excellent experience working with Tom Loney. He listened to what I wanted in a car and had 2 cars ready for me to test drive exactly what I had asked for. My old vehicle needed a MAJOR repair, and I was tired of putting money into it just for it to break down again. I have a zero credit score, and I still managed to walk out with a brand new car that is withi putting money into it just for it to break down again. I have a zero credit score, and I still managed to walk out with a brand new car that is within my budget. My wife and I came to Jeff Wylers looking to get her a car for her new job and we worked with him to find a way to get her a car. Steve was very polite and even told us that he would do anything to see us car for her new job and we worked with him to find a way to get her a car. I purchased a 2005 LaCrosse Buick which is in great shape and was reasonably priced. I love the car and Tyler Lacey was so helpful. Went out to Jeff Wyler 3 different times in 2 days. The first time was given a quote way lower than the price. Each time we left we were given a lower "we can't go any lower" price. We were given the tho I first time was given a quote way lower than the price. Each time we left we were given a lower "we can't go any lower" price. We were given the tho I what we paid price and found out they wanted to make $6,000 over what they paid and the lowest price we got was $3k over what they paid. We wasted too much gas and too much time to get nothing from it. We were even told they were calling the owner come to find out that's not what was happening. No one mentioned that when we left so surprise they just wanted us to sit there longer to try and get us to come up in price but not come down for us. Jeff Wyler will never be in my car buying future. More

Please also inform your sales manager there to not send us any ad's by mail or email as we will never be doing business with you again. I hate being so negative, but our experience there was a sad joke, everything that could've been done wrong was. Wyler has proven to us that they completely incompetent and not worthy of our business. We have informed our family, friends (on facebook & twitter) about our experience and hope they follow our lead and never do business with you. I will continue to share our experience with anyone & everyone whom I hear are about to buy. The numbers that matter to us are: Erwin CJD, in Troy, 4.59%, $492 month, 7yrs. and oh by the way $500 under invoice & it took all of 2 hours & 45 mins. to complete on Friday, drove it home Saturday while still waiting on you. Good luck, you're going to need it. More
