We were shopping for a new car for our daughter and Tyler Lacy found her the Dodge Dart that she wanted and had it shipped to Springfield, promptly. He did a great job finding a car, with the most options, that fit her budget. After dealing with Tyler on her car, we decided to trade our truck in on a new Jeep Trailhawk. We contacted Tyler and he arranged for us to meet with Donald Brownlee since he was going to be out of town. Donald did a great job explaining all of the options on the vehicle and making sure we understood all of the add on's that we're available. We did not feel pressured at all. They just made sure we knew they were there for us. Tyler contacted us to follow up after the sale, to make sure we were happy with our new Jeep. We had a few additional questions after purchasing the vehicle and when we stopped back by the dealership, Tyler took us out in our new Jeep and checked to make sure all the sensors were working properly and explained how they work. Here is my story and it is a good one, I had my truck which was 18 years old and 201,000 miles break down and it was not worth putting the money into it to repair. So my search for a replacement vehicle which was 18 years old and 201,000 miles break down and it was not worth putting the money into it to repair. So my search for a replacement vehicle started, so with the help of the internet I started searching for a club cab or 4 door 4 wheel drive truck. I looked every where from Akron to Cincinnati new and used looking for a used low mileage or a deal on a new truck that was high quality and would last. I found a listing for a used 2012 GMC Sierra club cab 4 wheel drive with 1432 miles. Since I could not believe the mileage and it was late in the evening around 8:30 pm I sent an e-mail to the dealership and within minutes I received and answer from Mr. Cardoza and he would verify mileage and options and get back with me. He called me the next morning and confirmed mileage was 1432 and it had more option then I would ever needed. I made an appointment for that afternoon and he was there waiting for me with a smile and a hand shake and keys to the truck. The truck was more than I ever expected and the service and professionalism of Mr. Cardoza was equally impressive. We made that deal and I it was quick, easy, no fuss and no pressure I got a great price under blue book and great GMC truck that will last. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall to anyone they have a great selection of new and used vehicles and great prices. I commend the staff Mr. Cardoza and Mr. Vannorsdall for making my experience so easy and enjoyable even though they were my primary contacts.
