We really appreciate you taking the time to voice your frustration and concerns with our service department and the GM recall process. First of all, our failure to let you know of our move to our new location is inexcusable. We sincerely apologize. Regarding the ignition recall, GM has tried to react quickly and efficiently with information to involved vehicle owners. Unfortunately, letters were sent to consumers before the dealers were advised as to how the recall process was going to work. By trying to be as helpful to our customers as possible, there has been a lot of confusion and, again, we apologize for all the inconvenience. We have over 500 parts on order for this recall and have only received a small portion of that order. There has also been confusion regarding rental cars...each rental car request is dealt with on a case by case basis and conflicting information between dealers and GM has created more communication problems with consumers. Bottom line: we feel very foolish for not informing you of our new location and we are very sorry for all the communication errors and inconveniences caused by GM and our dealership as we attempt to get these recalled vehicles fixed and safe for our customers. We know that you, and all of our Chevrolet owners, are the very life of our dealership and we are taking your comments very seriously. Thanks again for sharing your comments.
