I explained what I was looking for and that I would think on whatever I wanted during the weekend. Bobby walked me through the cars I had requested and provided me the pricing sheets I had requested. He did insist I test drive the car because I was unfamiliar with the start/stop technology and wanted me to be sure I was comfortable with that feature. I returned the following Monday and purchased my car. I am extremely happy that at no time did I feel any pressure to buy or upgrade and was not made to feel guilty taking up his time. A completely HASSLE FREE - NO PRESSURE experience. More

Recall attention I am an owner of a cobalt that experienced an ignition switch recall. My phone call experience with the service department was very frustrating. I w I am an owner of a cobalt that experienced an ignition switch recall. My phone call experience with the service department was very frustrating. I was given false information and incomplete information. The lack of communication with me was terrible. I was not informed of the Chevrolet service department re-location, I was not offered the rental car earlier when I explained that we had had issues with the car shutting off while my children were driving it, I was not told that the service department had to have the cobalt to issue me a rental car when I specifically asked," Is there any thing else I need to know about the rental procedure. " We had parked the car and wasn't driving it due to safety concerns. It cost a second trip to the dealer which is a 20 minute drive one way or longer when we travel to the wrong location. We found that the phone experience was different, dependent on whether my wife or I called. The first conversation with the service department stated that they would call us when they had the part. After waiting a month and no call, we called again and that conversation stated that the part had to be ordered still. I was so upset that that didn't happen with my first call. I understand that this originated as a GM problem, but I don't understand what takes so long, months after receiving the first recall letter to get a small part. We are a family that owns 4 GM cars at the moment and our once faithful opinion of GM products has been tarnished. I hope GM dealers are voicing their concerns to GM. More
