We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. Your original appointment was only for the 4x4 'light' problem. When you came in for that appointment you asked us to check for the 'rattles' and AC recharge. Unfortunately, our technicians time is scheduled for the concern(s) of the set appointment and were not able to address the additional concerns at that time. Dale advised you that we would address those additional concerns as soon as possible, if you'd like to leave the vehicle. After 2 days, you did not receive a call from us because our technicians had not yet had the chance to look et those concerns. We should have maintained daily communication with you to keep you informed and we apologize for not doing so. We also apologize that our service manager had forgot how to process the Wyler credit card. Please be assured that we take your comments very seriously and we will do all we can to make sure that those mistakes are not repeated. Thank you for taking the time to bring what happened to our attention. Once again, we are sorry for your bad experience.
