Service When i went in i was greeted by Dale Eggenschwiller.As i was telling him my problems i was having with my truck he was taking notes .My biggest concer When i went in i was greeted by Dale Eggenschwiller.As i was telling him my problems i was having with my truck he was taking notes .My biggest concern was with a service 4 wheel drive soon light .But this was not my only concern .I also needed a AC recharge and had some rattles that i wanted checked out.Dale called and said it was done but when i asked about the Rattles .He said they concentrated on the light and that was all .When i told him i was concerned about the other stuff as well he said the work order was already closed out. .After i insisted on having the other things looked at he said i will call when it is done .He never called .Two days later i called and went to pick up my truck only to find that nothing but the light problem was fixed .When i went to pay the bill i tried to use my Jeff Wylers credit card but they were not set up to use it .So i don't even know if it has gone thou yet or not .I will only go back as a last resort . More

My Recent Service at Wylers Can't say enough good things about this dealership. For as long as I can remember we have been buying all our vehicles here from Chuck Otstot who we Can't say enough good things about this dealership. For as long as I can remember we have been buying all our vehicles here from Chuck Otstot who we have come to trust completely. I recently had a bearing go bad in my wheel & Randy knew what it was immediately. Then within a week I picked up a 3" bolt in my tire and they fixed that immediately, cost me a new tire, but that couldn't be helped. When I have my car serviced here, Anthony, Troy and Randy have just been exceptional. My particular vehicle I wouldn't trust anywhere else but here. Plus the new showroom, is very modern and comfortable. I know I can always count on everyone there to take great care of me and & they know what they're doing. More
