My lease of a new Rav 4 Matthew Crosbie was my salesperson when I traded in my 2012 Toyoda Tundra on a 2015 Rav 4. Having had a 4x4 truck for many years the decision to down Matthew Crosbie was my salesperson when I traded in my 2012 Toyoda Tundra on a 2015 Rav 4. Having had a 4x4 truck for many years the decision to downsize to a all wheel drive vehicle was emotional and uncertain. Mat really made me feel good about the trade and answered all my questions (I had lots of questions about how the all wheel drive works). He helped me through the lease termination and new lease on the Rav 4 in every step. The switch has been painless, he and Jeff Wyler took care of every detail. I feel I received a great deal with the lease on both vehicles and am getting use to the smaller vehicle. Love the zip it has and the difference in gas milage. Thanks Mat for all your help. they try really hard to get great reviews The evening after our service visit for our 2011 Siena we received an email from the service manager saying, If there is anything you were not fully s The evening after our service visit for our 2011 Siena we received an email from the service manager saying, If there is anything you were not fully satisfied with, please let me know. It is very important to them that we have had a positive experience while at their dealership. I emailed him the very next day saying that we were not completely satisfied. He said our brake pads were near metal to metal, he said that they did not want to try to remove a cd from our cd player, even though we requested them to because they were afraid they would break it, and their response to our our tire pressure light being on was, we put air in the tires, the light is till on, it must be something else. This was their response instead of fixing it. Also, we had an absolutely terrible experience when we purchased the van. Our salesman forgot about our appointment. It was the worst car sales experience I've ever had. The car was not ready, the paperwork was not ready, and it took hours before we finally were able to drive home. What did they do for us? They gave us a $100.00 gas card if we would give them "completely satisfied" reviews when Toyota contacted us. Maybe they are just too big, but I doubt we will be back. I gave them a chance to contact me about my service experience, they did not. He wrote us how important 100% satisfaction was to him and gave us a link to share our feedback, which is actually why I am writing this review. He asked me to kindly do him a favor? If you were 100% satisfied, would you take a moment to leave some positive feedback for them online? It seems they are more concerned about good feedback rather than good service or sales experiences. More
Purchased New Camary Very good experience. salesperson John Raster was very knowledgeable and helpful. Came out into the rain to see if we had any questions. Satisfied Customer Just 3 days after purchasing a used car from Jeff Wyler, the check engine light came on. We were on vacation and couldn't get the car into the shop f Just 3 days after purchasing a used car from Jeff Wyler, the check engine light came on. We were on vacation and couldn't get the car into the shop for at least 2 weeks. The service department took care of the problem and it was covered under our warranty. Less than 2 weeks later, the check engine light came back on. We took the car back to find out what was wrong this time. The issue ended up not being covered on the warranty and we were going to have to pay to get our "new" car fixed. I was getting frustrated at this point because I had now had my "new" car in the shop twice since purchasing it and haven't even made the 1st payment on it yet! However, I am quite impressed with Jeff Wyler because they ended up picking up the cost of the repair. Should we need another car before moving back to Indiana, we will definitely look at Jeff Wyler again. I would also like to say that when we bought the car, our salesperson, Lamar, picked up on the fact that we were Christians. After the deal was made, he asked if he could pray over our purchase and our family in general. I was very surprised by his question but excited to be in the presence of a fellow Christian. More
