I love my vehicle and I love my service cen I recently purchased a pre-owned Toyota Rav4 from Jeff Wyler and I must say I am a very happy happy momma! I love my vehicle and I love my service center just the same. I have moved to Riverside, Ohio but make sure I schedule my services when I know I'll be back in Springfield. These fellas are great! I am also a new mommy (again,lol) so I scheduled my oil change service to coincide with doctors visits as well. These guys get me in and out and do a great job too! I always tell people about my service. So thanks guys and keep up the great work!!!! More

Service Department Concern I took my vehicle to the Wyler Service Department for service on my A.C. I left my vehicle there and the service manager called me later stating I nee I took my vehicle to the Wyler Service Department for service on my A.C. I left my vehicle there and the service manager called me later stating I needed a whole new system. He quoted me a price of $1500.00 for G.M. parts or $1300.00 for after market parts. I told him I needed time to consider. I went to pick up my vehicle which I saw parked outside the Service Department. The lady at the counter couldn't find my keys and called the Service Manager. She told me she was told my keys were in the service area because my AC had been taken apart and they were waiting for my decision. I told the lady my vehicle was not taken apart and that it was in the parking lot. I finally got my keys and left. I took my vehicle to another garage and was told I only needed one part replaced. We drove away with a totally repaired A.C. for $400.00. I will never go back to Wylers nor recommend them to anyone. More
