Feedback survey Mr. Loney the sales representative was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us with the purchase of our vehicle. We were told the vehicle would be detailed and ready for pickup the following morning around 10:00am, but arriving at around 1:00pm it was not cleaned we had to wait for it to be detailed. We only received one key for the vehicle and was promised a second one which took awhile to receive and was told it was a courtesy to get a second key. We have bought vehicles before and have always gotten two keys at the time of purchase. Also we were promised a touch up paint tube to get some scratches on the vehicle filled in which was supposed to be in about a week or so but only received it when we came to have the second key programmed and I had to check with the parts department which had no knowledge that the paint was ordered, but the representative was very helpful in obtaining it for me and instruct mehow to apply it to the scratches. we received it over a month later when we came to have the second key programmed. More
