Went in on Friday to look at a Hyundai for me. I didn't have my proof of insurance on hand, and of course, phone wouldn't load. We expressed that we would be back on Sunday with our potential trade in and all the documents needed for me to take a test drive. We were also bringing back a mechanic to look the car over. We arrived Sunday and the car was not present. Salesman told us it was being used as a loaner, and to come back tomorrow. I work full-time. I can't drop everything and come in, which is why I expressed that I would be back on Sunday multiple times. They even emailed me at 1 PM Sunday about a second test drive. Why did no one check to see if the car was present? Why is a car they are actively selling being used a loaner? I was pre-qualified for a loan, had a down-payment, ready to buy today and they made it absolutely clear my time is not valuable to them. It will be a long time before I am able to get my fiance's schedule, my schedule and our mechanic's schedule lined up well enough for us to come back or go car shopping elsewhere. Thank you, Jeff Wyler Nissan, for wasting our Sunday! A week later and this Hyundai is still listed for sale. More
I have made 2 separate appointments and both times was told that I would get a loaner since the warranty recall work would take all day because I care 24/7 for someone with dementia and cannot be without told that I would get a loaner since the warranty recall work would take all day because I care 24/7 for someone with dementia and cannot be without a vehicle all days. Both times they assured me that they would have a car for me. I drove 45 minutes both times to the dealer for the warranty repairs and both times they said they had no more loaner cars for me. This is such a waste of my time, money, miles on my car, and not to mention I have to get my spouse with dementia up and ready just to drag him along this wasteful trip. I will never use this dealer again and thinking about leaving Nissan altogether. This is the 4th Nissan that I’ve bought brand new. I’ve spent almost 200k on Nissans in the last 7 years and have never had such poor service. More
Tried to add an additional “bumper’ sticker to the manufacturer list price on the window , of around 3,900$. I refused and they backed it out . I told them what I wanted and they found one in Indiana for me...the day I picked it up, Lexus had everything ready to go and the car was ready and waiting for me! Terrible dealership and with no kind of heart. They were very friendly while they are trying to hide high interest rates and added warranties that you did not agree to. They are also super friendly while they make promises that they do not intend to keep. After the papers are signed, then all the promises go out the window. They will not return calls, text messages or emails. They will even caller ID the calls to the dealership so that it will go to voicemail. They were the nicest people while they try to sucker you in, so beware. I will never be back and will definitely discourage others. More

I bought my new Rogue here in 2017. I got the extended warranty. When it came time to use the warranty the wonderful person at the service desk told me that the broken part wasn’t covered. After much heat warranty. When it came time to use the warranty the wonderful person at the service desk told me that the broken part wasn’t covered. After much heated discussion I was finally able to prove to them that the parts and labor were in fact free of charge. When it came time to pick up my car I noticed that my car was now overheating. So not wanting to argue with the service department again I took it to another Nissan dealer that honored my warranty with no problem and they said that someone had purposely using a tool unplugged my cooling fan. Wonder who could have done such a thing? More
