Horrible experience! We negotiated, and reached an agreement to buy a new 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum from Jeff Wyler Nissan, Louisville KY. The documents were all drawn u We negotiated, and reached an agreement to buy a new 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum from Jeff Wyler Nissan, Louisville KY. The documents were all drawn up, and we were ready to go. Our credit score is quite high, and we were prepared to put 25% down in cash so we assumed all was a go. The General Sales Manager, Brent Mattingly was whom my husband had been dealing with and we assumed everything was as usual and customary in buying this vehicle. Once the negotiations were done, and paperwork drawn up, they indicated all we had to do now was wait for the unit to arrive from the manufacturer and it should be about a week. A week goes by but no vehicle, but we weren’t in a huge rush so it wasn’t a problem. The following week however, we get a call saying our vehicle was in so after work my husband stops by the dealership to finalize the deal. Unfortunately the unit they brought out had a different interior color than what we ordered. So they said it was their mistake, made apologies, and there was another truck coming the next day, for sure our vehicle would be on that truck. Next day, no car, following day still no car so my husband calls and he’s getting the run around. This past Saturday we stopped by the dealership because I had some questions of my own, but when we got there, Brent was extraordinarily rude, so much so it was shocking. He was so aggressive, and hostile honestly I was caught off guard, I really didn’t know what to think. It was very strange and unusual. I have never been spoken to that way by a car salesman, ever. But once we left and we had time to think, we figured out what we believe they did. We believe because we negotiated such a good deal we got bait and switched. Our theory is they probably had another customer want the exact same vehicle as us, but perhaps they had not negotiated as good of a price as we did, and so they sold them the car we ordered, but at a higher price and just kept telling us, our car wasn’t in yet. They hoped we would just take the one with the different interior color, but we didn’t. Talk about the worst of the worst used car sales tactics. This is, in my opinion one of the worst Nissan dealerships I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They completely wasted our time but worse for them, I will never, ever buy from any Jeff Wyler dealership. My advice, stay away from Jeff Wyler Nissan, truly snake oil salesmanship. More

She did an excellent job during our test drive showing me the features of the vehicle as well as showing me the shiny bells and whistles when we where in the lot at Jeff Wyler. She also got me a fantastic price on the vehicle I wanted. I upgraded 2 years from my old Murano, got the premium leather interior, panoramic sunroof, and many other new features for not much more a month than I was paying for my old Murano. I was absolutely giddy when I left the lot and my wife was thrilled with the surprise when I got home. I would highly rate Rosalind to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

She was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and I felt that she was working for me during the entire transaction. So far, I really like my 2016 Nissan Rogue. This was our second great experience with Ms. Grant and we can't say enough good things about her professionalism and the courteous and respectful way she handled the process. We had told her via email what we were needing and when we showed up at the dealer she had a car exactly meeting our needs. And our brief interactions with the other folks during the lease process was excellent also. We highly recommend both dealer and sales associate! More

We went at 4pm for test drive and at 7pm, the trade-in was completed and our new vehicle was delivered and it was really a surprise and a dream for us. Best car buying experience ever! I've been searching for cars online for about 8 months and dreading going to a dealership to look at anything I found interesting. The thought of walk I've been searching for cars online for about 8 months and dreading going to a dealership to look at anything I found interesting. The thought of walking into a lot and dealing with a sales person was too much of a hassle so I stayed clear. It became apparent I really needed to do a trade and found a couple of cars online then sent an email with interest. Rosalind responded quickly, but never hassled or pressured me with ongoing emails. My experience with other dealers is at least 3 emails a day and not taking no for an answer. I made an appointment with Rosalind the next day but was uncertain of my commitment to buy since I wasn't driving the car I wanted to trade. I also told her I didn't have the documents that she would need to do a trade and she was so friendly and laid back and said it was no problem if I didn't have them. I showed up prepared not to buy, but she was so patient and listened to what I was looking for. We tested a few cars, but she knew exactly what I was needing based on my commute and things that were important to me. My time there was incredible and she made my experience SO EASY and painless. The entire team that I worked with was fantastic, but if it weren't for her , I probably wouldn't have given anyone a chance to sell me. I will never buy a car from anyone else. She is the best and I highly recommend her!!! More
