Horrible maintenance service I didn't buy my 2009 Versa at Jeff Wyler Nissan but at Jeff Wyler Toyota but I started taking it to Nissan for the scheduled maintenance and, most rec I didn't buy my 2009 Versa at Jeff Wyler Nissan but at Jeff Wyler Toyota but I started taking it to Nissan for the scheduled maintenance and, most recently, because of a recalled coil spring. In 2015 my ball joint broke a month and a half after I took it in for preventive service. After the ball joint broke I took it back to them (they didn't repair it because I was out of town when it happened and had it fixed somewhere else) just to do a check and they told me everything looked good. They even told me my tires were in great shape. A week later my dad pointed out that they were dry rotted. A month later I had to replace my front brakes because the rotors were shot. Also something these fools checked and told me were in good condition. I brought it back this March because Nissan recalled the coil springs and while I was there I did have them do 90,000 mile service against my better judgment. I had hoped that since they had been bought by Jeff Wyler that the service would've improved. A day later I heard a metallic scraping sound from my front right tire and took it back and they found a rock in my brakes. They tried to blame the person who put on the brakes but those were put on in July 2015. Pretty sure that would've caused issues before then. Since I took it in my car has also been riding very rough. I took it to another mechanic and lo and behold my tires were over inflated. By 8 lbs! No wonder. You never worry about over inflation because you think any idiot can read a pressure gauge and the door sticker that tells you the proper psi. Apparently not the idiots at Jeff Wyler Nissan. I will never buy a car from Jeff Wyler Nissan and I certainly will never take my current Nissan back to them. The incompetency astounds me. Not only are they making stupid mistakes but they're stupid mistakes that could've resulted in my having a serious accident. Multiple times. More

So much so that I made it a point to return to see her when I was ready to trade it in for my 2016 Rogue. Rosiland worked hard to get me what I wanted and the best deal possible. She knew all the details on my Rogue and explained everything in detail. She never seemed rushed and is always so kind. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

My wife and I were looking for a 2013 Nisson Altima and planned to drive to a Lexington dealership over the weekend because we found one on-line for a great price. My wife decided to check used car dealers in Louisville first because she preferred to avoid the long drive. When she got in contact with Carlos and explained the situation, he found the same make/model at an IN Jeff Wyler dealership and agreed to match the price we found in Lexington. He brought the car to Louisville, my wife and I met with him for a test drive, and we agreed on the purchase. No pressure tactics were used by anyone at the dealership and there was no haggling over price of the vehicle or are trade-in. An extremely pleasant experience! More

Outstanding experience overall When you go in there ask for Bob Bradley he is very welcoming. He will answer all your questions if need be. He won't steer you wrong.
