Both Good and Bad We recently purchased a car from this dealership. Our first visit to test drive the vehicle was a wonderful experience with a wonderful salesman, and We recently purchased a car from this dealership. Our first visit to test drive the vehicle was a wonderful experience with a wonderful salesman, and it was one of the main reasons we came back to purchase the vehicle two days later. However, when we returned for the second visit, we were told our original salesman was busy and could not work with us, so we ended up purchasing the vehicle with a different salesman. The second salesman seemed very impatient with us, seemed to push at us, and made us feel rather dumb and intimidated with any questions we asked or any "extras" we chose not to purchase. Admittedly, we were likely rather frustrating customers in that we were in an unexpected situation with our previous car being recently totaled due to a car accident that was not our fault and we needed to purchase a new vehicle in less than a week, which we were already nervous about because we did not have as much time as we would have liked to do our own thorough research before going in to purchase a new car. So we do understand how we could have frustrated our salesman during the purchasing process; however, we feel as though interpersonal skills are an important quality in sales, and he could have reacted to us in a way where we would have been more comfortable, and his experience and our experience could have been better all around. When we returned to pick up the car the next day, we felt very unappreciated and like they could not wait to be done with us. We do feel as though we purchased a great car at a great price, but we most likely will not return to purchase future vehicles from this dealership. More
