it was an amazeing experence I needed a newer car badly, hated the thought of car shopping, walked on the lot looking for a good used car until Bob assured me I would be able to a I needed a newer car badly, hated the thought of car shopping, walked on the lot looking for a good used car until Bob assured me I would be able to afford a new one. I picked the Juke and let him do his magic. Within a couple of days Bob and the great team there had me set up with a great loan and a 2016 Nissan Juke. Terrible My experience was terrible, I was given a test drive they did not sell or put much into selling me the 2016 Altima. When discussing options and price My experience was terrible, I was given a test drive they did not sell or put much into selling me the 2016 Altima. When discussing options and price they were not negotiating and quoted a higher price, did not want give full rebates and said there was a glitch in the Internet sales price, but later said their was a disclaimer when I questioned their honesty. They were not warm or inviting, I am a single woman had did my research and this was not my first car purchase. I did not appreciate the way I was just talked down to like I was crazy for asking for a JCPS discount or recent grad discount. The first guy told me they did not have a JCPs discount available. So I walked and called back to another salesman who got the car down $2000 plus said he could give me a JCPS discount. Then they tag teamed calling me giving me a story about they said I had to deal with the first salesman and it went up $2000 but they were trying to sell me a Altima SL instead of the S I wanted. Very rude and I went to Byerly got all the Nissan discounts and was treated exceptionally professionally and respected. I am happy I walked out and would not recommend going in as a single woman knowing what she wants and what she will pay for it at this dealership. So disappointing because I have given them plenty of business repairing my old car at another location under the same name. More
