Buying experience Rosalind Grant is a superior sales consultant. She made sure that I saw a car with the accessories that wanted and let me drive it overnight. Instead of just telling me to contact Nissan Finance to. stop payment on my Altma she set me up at a computer to go on line with Nissan to be sure it was canceled before I left the dealership.. All said she great and she made my leasing experience a good and easy one rather than a nightmare. Equina (spelling ??) was her assistant and was very helpful in this process. too Very friendly and knew his product. He went over thee safety features under the hood and saw that I took delivery of my new car detailed and ready to drive off the lot. More
Service Dept Clean and friendly. Those are the first things to noticed. I took my Altima in for service and ended up trading my 2015 lease for a new 2017 Sentra Clean and friendly. Those are the first things to noticed. I took my Altima in for service and ended up trading my 2015 lease for a new 2017 Sentra lease. Eric in service took care of getting an estimate on some body work needed on the Altima and even when back to make sure it couldn't be done for less money, They looked up my account in Nissan and saw that I had some recalls and handled them along with servicing my auto. The total experience was easy and timely. Sean made sure that an appointment for service of my new call was scheduled. I have very low mileages so Sean set me up in the computer to go by time rather then miles. One additional comment. I've leased for many years, since 2000, and I don't think that I remember being charged for the oil change . Thanks guys!! More

There has been a change in ownership since I purchased my Rogue, but the quality of the service and the friendly staff remains consistent. Nice to work with Danny was very friendly and showed me several options. He left for vacation and made sure there was someone who kept in contact until he returned. Great turnaround on CVT computer update. Notified by Nissan America that my 2014 Altima needed an upgrade on the CVT system. Made appointment to drop car off on Monday at 8 AM. Vehicle was Notified by Nissan America that my 2014 Altima needed an upgrade on the CVT system. Made appointment to drop car off on Monday at 8 AM. Vehicle was ready in less than an hour. Also, was pleasantly surprised to discover that the interior of my car had been vacuumed (which it needed!). Thanks for the unexpected bonus! More
