Very disappointed with the professionalism and honesty of Jeff Wyler’s Nissan. My mother paid cash for a car. The next day when the car came in it was not the car she had purchased. We tried to retrieve her Jeff Wyler’s Nissan. My mother paid cash for a car. The next day when the car came in it was not the car she had purchased. We tried to retrieve her check. After several days, we never received her check back and stopped payment. Not one time did anyone say they were sorry. Asked how they could make this right. Crickets. They caused much undue stress.! We then went to Bill Collins Nissan. Got the car she wanted for a little less money within 24 hours. No hassle! More

Body shop is great. Customer service is very important to me. Every time I spoke to Rob Hines, he was very helpful and nice. Friendly enough but transmission is still sluggish and software hasn’t triggered any codes as of yet. If the software they put in works and they fix the transmission, I will rate higher. Reviews of my dau software hasn’t triggered any codes as of yet. If the software they put in works and they fix the transmission, I will rate higher. Reviews of my daughters car are terrible for transmission and even a class action lawsuit to extend the warranty due to all the issues. More
