Brandon Young spoke with me and wrote up my order. He explained to me they could evaluate problem that afternoon and give me a call on steps of action. Happened exactly like he said. Over the years we have dealt with many dealers and salespeople and we were very impressed with his friendly professionalism. We were primarily a Ford family and came in just to price different options preparing to haggle with the Ford dealership we've used for years. Then we met Derek. The no pressure comfort he made us feel along with his knowledge of product and willing to work with us was unbelievable. We made a deal five months earlier than we were looking to and are completely satisfied. Derek and the whole dealership exemplifies the whole atmosphere that buying,or leasing a vehicle should be.
