Amazing Dealership!!!! I don't even know where to start, this place is AMAZING! I put in inquiry in and Brian contacted me (only once, did not continue to call over and over I don't even know where to start, this place is AMAZING! I put in inquiry in and Brian contacted me (only once, did not continue to call over and over like other places) when I called back and told him the time that worked for me to come in and it turned out that was not a time he would be there, he never pressured me to come at a different time. So when I did come in they were crazy busy, Carlos came right up to help me and was super nice, he gave me the keys to test drive the car and I went on to do that. When I got back Carlos was busy so the general manager came out to assist me, he worked with me to get the payments to where I needed them to be and I purchased the car. After having it for a few days i noticed it had some starting issues (it was a used car, 2007 so 10 years old) so I call and they had me come in to diagnose it (for free). Turned out there was a fuel pump issue, they fixed it FOR FREE. Few more days and still having the issue went back in and of course the repair they did that fixed the issue on the majority of cars was not what mine needed, so they did another repair FOR FREE. I went back in today because of another issue and its the key not programmed quite right so they programmed another new one for me and then reprogrammed my other so now I have 3 keys to the car, again all for free!! The sales department was great, the finance lady (Jessica I believe) was great, the service department was great (especially Nick who helped me every time I came in, and all the guys who did the repairs wish I knew their names). I can not y enough how grateful I am for this place, when I am ready to upgrade I know I will be back along with everyone in my family!!! Thank you Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville!!!! More
Super Easy Transaction! I had issues with my previous vehicle and Derek Pittman and Kim Clay stepped up and offered a GREAT deal on my new Murano. Which I LOVE!! I was out I had issues with my previous vehicle and Derek Pittman and Kim Clay stepped up and offered a GREAT deal on my new Murano. Which I LOVE!! I was out of town for about 3 weeks and we literally did the deal via email. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences yet...and I trade every couple of years. Great job! More

I have been pleased each time and appreciate the rental car option that Wyler provides. It is extremely convenient. The parts dept is always helpful in getting what I need and service is fantastic! I bring my car in for regular maintenance and they keep her in tip-top shape. I highly recommend them. More

Exceptional! Our new 2017 Nissan Maxima was only one week old when we noticed that the trim piece around the sun roof had gone missing. However, the part was ordered, and I was told that if it took longer than two hours to install, I could have a rental car. Less than an hour later it was done! Impressive? You bet. And to make it even nicer, everyone was pleasant and smiling. Did I mention that the service area was clean? Spic and span. Even your grandma would be impressed. More
Bad service all around We bought a 2015 Nissan Versa four months ago. Nothing but problems with the dealership since. The car had a taillight housing that was loose and we brought it in the be fixed. They said they fixed it putting some sort of clip in and one day later it was loose again. We had to bring it in for a loud rattle sound and it was diagnosed as a heat shield loose and so that was fixed and pulling out of dealership it was still making noise. Had to take right back and looked at again. Ended up being wheel bearing that needed replacement. Promised oil change for free and that didnt happen. Oh and forgot to mention that the registration was lost in the mail and we have to go to the DMV and register the car ourselves. I just would not recommend this dealership at all. Nissan Versa yes, but go to a different dealer. More
