Excellent communications on major maintenance My Frontier needed some major standard maintenance work. Mike and I discussed what needed to be done and he communicated well with me during the cour My Frontier needed some major standard maintenance work. Mike and I discussed what needed to be done and he communicated well with me during the course of the morning. It took a few hours and I expected that. In addition, he asked if that rattle bothered me. It has been there for the last eight years. With five clamps, he and his team fixed it! Yeah. My truck drives like new - new transmission fluid, brakes fluid, power steering fluids and no rattle. Nice job, Mike. More

Body Shop and Oil Change I am a regular customer and treated as family. I had an oil change and a door handle replaced on my '04 Altima and ran into Larry, who has been 'reti I am a regular customer and treated as family. I had an oil change and a door handle replaced on my '04 Altima and ran into Larry, who has been 'retired' for 10 years or more. We have great conversation as I'm getting my rental for the day and it put some pep in my step. It's never fun to have to replace a part on your car, but the staff at Jeff Wyler do an outstanding job of commiserating while giving you the best price and service in the area. I highly recommend them. More

Condescending and unhelpful Came in because my camera was acting up and to get a 20k mile service. Got there and it took forever and a day to get checked in and when the guy came Came in because my camera was acting up and to get a 20k mile service. Got there and it took forever and a day to get checked in and when the guy came back to tell me how they found corrosion on the battery, I asked why that wasn’t covered in the 20k service and they hadn't even had that down as something to do! I had to show the guy the email confirmation that said what I had requested on my service form! FINALLY was leaving and it said nowhere on the invoice that my camera had been fixed. When I inquired about it, I was told they found no issues when they checked. I was not happy as I had taken a day off of work to get this specifically taken care of. The customer service manager was so completely rude and condescending and acted like I was an idiot. This is not the first time he’s acted this way towards me or other customers. He let me talk to the mechanic who said that they needed me to get video of the problem before they could do anything. Low and behold not a week and a half later the camera is acting up again. Did I forget to mention that this has been “fixed”once and they said if it happened again the system would need to be replaced? So yay I get to take off yet another day of work to deal with these lovelies. I curse the day Jeff Wyler bought it because it’s been total CRAP ever since. I will say the little guy that was doing the checkout process was very friendly and apologetic, but he was the only one. More
