Quick & Friendly Service Dept. This was my first experience with Jeff Wyler Nissan, after an out of state purchase of my new Rogue. During my initial visit & service, in Louisville This was my first experience with Jeff Wyler Nissan, after an out of state purchase of my new Rogue. During my initial visit & service, in Louisville, Nick had to inform me that my previously purchased service contract & warranty had not been properly entered into the Nissan computer system by the out of state dealership. Nick went out of his way to reassure me that he would do everything he could, to help clear up the "computer glitch"...AND HE DID!!! having my car serviced here is always a pleasure everyone at this dealership is so kind, so friendly. they really go out of their way to make the customer happy. I bought the oil change service pac everyone at this dealership is so kind, so friendly. they really go out of their way to make the customer happy. I bought the oil change service package, it made having the oil changed so easy. pay one price for 3 oil changes, then you don't have to pay each time you go in.
