Great Customer Service I took my car in to be serviced today. I was promptly greeted, paperwork was completed and I got a ride to get breakfast while my car was serviced! Service is phenomenal I worked with Nick to get a replacement door-locking mechanism for my 2004 Altima. Larry J was the shuttle driver and we had a good time getting to and from work to get my car. I've known him since I bought my car new, so it's good to have that kind of continuity in a dealership. These guys know how I feel about my 'baby' and do everything in their power to make sure she's on the road as long as possible. I have the utmost trust in their workmanship and rely on them every time my baby has a need. More

All work I requested not done I came in for regular maintenance and pointed out a problem I had before. Screws or fasteners left flaps hanging down in front of both front tires. I am treated like family when I come in for routine maintenance as well as unplanned repairs. A 14-year old vehicle needs extra TLC and I get that at Jeff Wyler. I have an over 400,000 mile goal and they are wanting to see my baby achieve it. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah G and Eddie at the service counter, Dick, the courtesy driver or Corey, the mechanic that has worked on my baby these past few times.
