Great Customer Service I took my car in to be serviced today. I was promptly greeted, paperwork was completed and I got a ride to get breakfast while my car was serviced! I took my car in to be serviced today. I was promptly greeted, paperwork was completed and I got a ride to get breakfast while my car was serviced! When I finished breakfast I got a ride from the shuttle and my car was complete and ready to go. Couldn't have been better! More

Service is phenomenal I worked with Nick to get a replacement door-locking mechanism for my 2004 Altima. They had my car for two hours and had it all ready to go and took care of topping my oil and airing my tires. Larry J was the shuttle driver and we had a good time getting to and from work to get my car. I've known him since I bought my car new, so it's good to have that kind of continuity in a dealership. These guys know how I feel about my 'baby' and do everything in their power to make sure she's on the road as long as possible. I have the utmost trust in their workmanship and rely on them every time my baby has a need. More
All work I requested not done I came in for regular maintenance and pointed out a problem I had before. Screws or fasteners left flaps hanging down in front of both front tires. He explained this sometimes happens and he would have them fixed. When I got home I noticed they had not been fixed and there was no mention of this service being performed. I got an email asking about the service and I replied with this same message and got no response. Not good customer service. More

I am treated like family when I com I have been a long-time customer of Jeff Wyler, formally Neil Huffman, since 2004 when I purchased my new Altima. I am treated like family when I come in for routine maintenance as well as unplanned repairs. A 14-year old vehicle needs extra TLC and I get that at Jeff Wyler. I have an over 400,000 mile goal and they are wanting to see my baby achieve it. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah G and Eddie at the service counter, Dick, the courtesy driver or Corey, the mechanic that has worked on my baby these past few times. It takes a team to keep my girl on the road and like good physicians, accountants and clergy, they are there for us. More
