Greeted me by name when I went to pick up my truck and explained everything in details and even told me about some great oil change deals they have. They will do it cheaper than I can do it myself and rotate the tires. I’m a customer for life. More

Car repair... was given wrong information. I new my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I called the service department and asked how long my extended warranty was. I was told 100,000 mi I new my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I called the service department and asked how long my extended warranty was. I was told 100,000 miles. I have 94, 000 on my car so I didn’t rush to get it in. When I did, I received a call telling me my compressor needed replacing.... and my warranty had expired one week ago. The warranty was 100,000 miles or 9-16-2019. I took my car in on 9-23-19. Had I been told that when I made the initial call, I would have made sure to get the car in by then. I was told 100,000 ... not the date! Very frustrating... I don not feel this is my fault and I feel that the dealership should somehow meet me with this problem. I called to speak with the manager of this dealership and he has not even returned my call. It is just not right! More
