I was looking to purchase a used 2014 Corvette they had listed. I spoke with a salesman several times on 4/22 & 4/23/20 (a Wednesday & Thursday); at the end of the day Thursday, we had a tentative deal agreeable to both sides and I scheduled a 3rd party Pre-Purchase Inspection for Friday the 24th at a nearby shop, with the expectation that I would drive to the dealer on Saturday morning (4/25) to complete the deal and take delivery. Come Friday morning, I tried to have the Corvette taken across the street for the PPI, but got vague feedback and only after several calls and going to a manager did I find out that the Corvette "was being held for a manager's friend at the Eastgate location," to supposedly be purchased that day. Why was the deal offered to me not honored? Clearly I'll never know. Late Saturday afternoon (4/25), the salesman called me to apologize for the run-around and said he was retrieving the Corvette from the Eastgate location, that he would be contacting me Sunday with a new offer to compensate for the shenanigans. Well, it's 9pm on Sunday the 26th and the salesman never called, seems I was given more misinformation. Can't recommend doing business with a dealership who treats customers in this fashion; it's disrespectful. More

Not willing to work with the customer at all I went in to look at an expedition EL and I loved the vehicle and it was priced very well. I had them look at my vehicle for a trade in and they total I went in to look at an expedition EL and I loved the vehicle and it was priced very well. I had them look at my vehicle for a trade in and they totally low balled me on a price. I did my research on my car and I knew that I could get around $10,500/$11,000 for my car. They wanted to only give me $9,000 for it because they stated that is how much they could buy it from auction. I told them that I am not an auction and that I am a customer for them and I am buying a vehicle from them and not haggling with the price of the car they are selling. I found multiple cars identical to mine at other dealerships selling for $13,500 to $15,000. I told them about this and they stated that they only go off what they can buy a car at auction for. I don't know how they get any trade ins if they do this for everyone who walks in the door with a trade in. I told them they were only being one sided and they would not negotiate at all with me especially since I did not negotiate with the price of the car I wanted to buy. I figured they would at least meet in the middle. They told me well it is what it is and I feel as if they were being totally unprofessional. I will never go back to this dealership and I hope this review says other people away because they definitely are there to just make money and they do not consider there customers at all. More

I've been going to this dealership for my maintenance on my previous vehicle and they are not push, but informative and don't make me feel like they are making stuff up. I TRUST them in the Service area. I recommended my sisters as well and now they go here for their Nissan maintenance on their cars. More

The repairs were completed that day as promised. Received updated texts w/updates during the day on the progress. I was unable to get back to the dealership before closing. The service dept said this was not a problem for me to pick up the following morning. When I arrived, an associate walked me over to checkout & I was out the door w/10 min.
