The sales staff really works well together and makes the experience fun! The dealer also did an AMAZING job of preparing the car for sale. They performed a ton of services on it, and were very flexible in addressing any concerns. Our vehicle is extremely clean! Only concern: Beware of the line item called "Accessories." For us, it simply appeared as a ~$2,500 balance sheet item without us asking for it. We finally learned it was part of the Wyler Protection package. We were able to trim an optional portion of it. But this, along with the confusing array of a dozen warranty and protection options, felt like overkill for us. Our son was a first-time used car customer in the lower end of the price scale ($13K). Maybe they can tailor the presentation of these add-ons to the audience. More
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! WE purchased a Nissan Pathfinder on Monday and on Sunday the check engine light comes on. The car was driven less then 200 miles in those 6 days and I was told because the car is over 100K miles I had to sign a AS IS and there for they are off the hook. Then they have the nerve to call me when I tell me that they are off the hook. I will NEVER buy a car from here again. This is fraud! More

I bought a used car for $40,000 and it had some scratches on it. They said they would fix the scratches and I can come back at a different time, and they still haven’t contacted me even after several emails on it. They said they would fix the scratches and I can come back at a different time, and they still haven’t contacted me even after several emails and now it’s been a month. Also they charge me $995 for detailing the car and supposedly sanitizing it. And they said Mr. Wyler did this as a favor to everybody, and I said it’s a favor I had to pay for. I’ll never buy another car from them again. More
They bought my truck from me and I had no issues'. They paid me what they said they would. They paid off my loan and sent me a check with in 3 days. Could not ask for anything more. I deal with the parts department on a regular basis. This parts department has to be the worst parts department in Cincinnati. The employees are flat rude, rarely get the correct parts looked up. One word HORRIBLE!!! I went there to get a diagnostic test 150 dollars, then they tried too over charge me for the work! Ben Misner customer service skills were horrible.
