It was just a battery but they decided to charge me over $530 for a $175 batter Absolute criminals One of their service advisors even yelled at me for asking too many questions - please note, when I said "I've never been unkind to you" her response was "no you haven't but I don't want to be in the middle" So apparently, they service manager and the service advisor, Paul, have been open about price gouging me for their own amusement and their own profit. DO NOT BUY FROM WYLER-CINCINNATI, NISSAN! !! I negotiated, on late Monday, to buy a 2023 Murano Platinum online and came to an agreement pending inspection and a test drive. Asked when I coul !! I negotiated, on late Monday, to buy a 2023 Murano Platinum online and came to an agreement pending inspection and a test drive. Asked when I could see the vehicle and was told Wednesday at noon was the soonest. Drove 2 hours, after advising both the salesman (Levar) and the sales manager (Shawn) that I was on my way, and they both confirmed that all was good. Arrived at exactly 12 noon and after a short delay was advised that the car had been sold on Tuesday evening!! The first time that I was EVER advised that they would NOT hold a used vehicle was when I arrived at the dealership!! What good is it to buy online if they are going to sell it out from under you, before you even have an opportunity to see it????? Previously bought another Murano Platinum from this dealership, but NEVER AGAIN!!!! This is the most unprofessional dealership that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!!! More
