My wife and I were lokong for a car . We were so pleased with the offer they made us for our Nissan Pathfinder and the deals Nissan had running at that time of the month. Brian Falhaber and Jimmy Singer knew what I wanted and respected my time constraints - got me in and out in record time. I trust the dealership and would recommend them to anyone - great experience! Won't go anywhere else because I really don't like shady car salesmen. I travel from the east side all the way over to the west side because it is worth the drive to deal with honest sales people. I'll never shop anywhere else for a car. This is the 3rd car I have bought from there. They are the friendliest most straight forward dealership I've ever done business with. I took care of most of this purchase over the phone. Couldn't be happier with the way they treated me. I almost feel like they are family. No one looks forward to buying a new or used car and spending 1000's of dollars, but they make it an enjoyable experience where you don't feel like they are out to rip you off. Seriously, before you go anywhere else give these guys a chance to earn your business. You won't regret it. More
i just bought a nissan 370z and had an excellent experience. was really well done plus a really great car. they really made an effort. there was no pressure to buy and let me test the car for as experience. was really well done plus a really great car. they really made an effort. there was no pressure to buy and let me test the car for as long as i wanted. they brought the car up thru the service bay with all the snow cleaned off and really made a nice presentation of the car when i went out for my test drive and after i purchased it. as we were discussing the car Herm spent 30 minutes going over everything the car does and how to work things. he went over it in more detail after the purchase. when you are aware of the little things, especially on the display or in the computer, you can take advantage of them. I was and am very upset with your dealership I will never purchase a vehicle from any Falhaber dealership EVER! I came in there to test drive a 2013 370Z & I had explained that I was working on a deal bu purchase a vehicle from any Falhaber dealership EVER! I came in there to test drive a 2013 370Z & I had explained that I was working on a deal but nothing solid with the dealership in FF, after the test drive I was convinced I would own/lease one of these cars. Your sales person shot some numbers at me and look GREAT almost too good to be true in comparison with the trial number I was receiving from Wyler in Fairfield and after further persuasion from the salesman he wanted to see where I was at as far as a potential deal with getting a 2013 370Z. After myself asking multiple times at least four that I am 100% about to your salesman to make sure and not run my credit, “I was not at that stage yet” & I wanted to get back with my long time and future dealership Wyler in Fairfield. I was told by your salesman over and over again that they would NOT run my credit period. But low and behold your salesman did thusly just that and ran my credit trying to push a deal through with Nissan against my wishes. By doing that it had locked me in to be stuck with that deal that your salesman received back form Nissan and I would then be forced to work with your dealership and that salesman to vie for better rates/terms & such. This was highly unprofessional and in my opinion, a good ole fashioned way of trying to make return to your dealership to work that deal with your salesman. I also then three days later purchase a used Xterra from another dealership for $10000.00 and paid cash I might add. I will tell everyone that I know that even mentions about going to ANY Falhaber dealership to stay away and share my unhappy experience “I didn’t even purchase a car from your dealership” jut the results of a lying salesman after a test drive. I have also filed a formal complaint in this matter seeing I am a VPP customer and this was highly unprofessional and unethical practice from your dealership or salesman either way it was plain WRONG.
