From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Both Mr. Greco and Mr. Boose, customer service skills were impeccable. They were attentive, courteous, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. Mr. Greco took the time to address any concerns I had and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The entire car-buying process was smooth and hassle-free thanks to both of them. Overall, my experience was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new or used car. Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned car enthusiast, you can trust them to provide you with top-notch service and expertise. I drove a used car and later that day called the sales person and said I would buy it. I asked if I could put a downpayment on the vehcile. I live just 10 minutes away, but salesperson said I could pick it up and pay for it the next day at 10 a.m. He said he would take care of me and hide the keys to makes sure the car was sold. I got a text later that night that they had sold the car--right out from under me. Beware and don't trust this dealership. I would not go back if they were giving cars away! More
I am giving them 1 star for the horrible experience I had. I took my car in for regular maintenance on January 5th and spent almost $700 in various things. One of the things they checked was the battery and they told me everything was completely fine with it. Less than 2 weeks later on January 16th, my car started having issues turning on. The rest of the week I had to pay for several jumpstarts to the point I scheduled an appointment with Nissan on January 22nd to get it checked out. On the 22nd I take my car in (they charge me $200+ to do diagnostics) and they tell me it’s a parasitic drain so they to do more work and so they bring up the charge to $600. They then tell me they’ll need my car for longer so I unfortunately have to Uber home as the car is the only household car we have. I unfortunately had to call off work on Tuesday and Uber to the doctor since I had an appointment I couldn’t miss. Nissan calls me end of day Tuesday saying they need my car even longer. At the very least, they do offer me a loaner car that I then pick up Wednesday morning (have to Uber there). End of day Wednesday they tell me they need my car even longer. Thursday morning they call me and tell me they messed up because they retested the battery and can now confirm that the battery was bad and they tell me they can give me a new battery and install it for $394. After having the audacity of tearing apart my car doing all their checks and keeping my car for several days which caused me a huge inconvenience, they then tell me it was the battery all along (which they had confirmed twice before on January 5th and the 22nd that the battery was all good). I told them that’s too much for a battery and the advisor told me he will look for a discount and call me back before confirming. The advisor never called me back (I called later that day and couldn’t get anyone to talk to) and the next day the advisor called me saying that the car was ready and had the new battery installed. I didn’t agree to have it installed!! I asked them to remove it since the old battery I had was under warranty with Autozone so they would replace it for free (which they did). I had to wait another day (basically the weekend since it was Friday) so Nissan effectively had my car for a whole week, charged me $600, all to just to tell me a new battery was needed which I ended up getting replaced for free at Autozone in 5 minutes. I honestly feel like I was scammed, like this dealership took advantage of me to get as much money out of me as possible. I will never return to this place and recommend to others to get their cars serviced elsewhere. More

Five years ago when I went there for the first time they were short and ignored my questions. I stopped going there and went to a reliable Nissan dealership in Florence. Unfortunately, my car died in bad weather and I had no choice but to tow to Jeff Wyler. It was just a battery but they decided to charge me over $530 for a $175 batter Absolute criminals One of their service advisors even yelled at me for asking too many questions - please note, when I said "I've never been unkind to you" her response was "no you haven't but I don't want to be in the middle" So apparently, they service manager and the service advisor, Paul, have been open about price gouging me for their own amusement and their own profit. More
