Unless you want to refund the money you wrongfully charged me, we have nothing to discuss. And I think that admitting in a public forum that you refuse to do rigjt by me would be better than attempting to pull me into a private conversation to refuse the refund I am rightfully owed and continue to speak to me the way I have been. We can keep this public for now.
