mixed bag Although it was a mixed bag, in the end, it tuned out all right. Tom Jones was a salesman who aimed to please. There was a long wait ( about 6 weeks) Although it was a mixed bag, in the end, it tuned out all right. Tom Jones was a salesman who aimed to please. There was a long wait ( about 6 weeks) to get the deep scratches fixed. Things did work out after. the GM of the dealership finally resolved the issue. At first it was wet sanded with not too good of results, A touch up man later made the proper repairs and it is OK now. A trade in makes it hard to determine what kind of deal you really got. Anyway, I think I got treated fairly in the end. I just had to do a lot of calling and waiting. Dealership did apologize for all the waiting and delays. and to correct the issues I had. Rating the dealership is hard because I think they are pretty good overall but have room for improvement More

No hassles - no worries We had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Jennifer Stroud at the Jeff Wyler Nissan dealership on Colerain Ave. Being a long time Niss We had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Jennifer Stroud at the Jeff Wyler Nissan dealership on Colerain Ave. Being a long time Nissan fan, the used car selection was abundant and Jennifer, along with the entire staff, assisted us through the process quickly and without an issue. This included a minor repair to the vehicle and additional interior detailing before delivery. I would definitely recommend asking for Jennifer while at the Colerain location. BTW: The dealership purchased our plates as part of the deal - one less headache to worry about. More
