5/6/17 Traut 07 Nissan Frontier. Made offer, you accepted offer. waited 2 hours, went in to finance and you did not provide a worksheet with amount of truck, my $7k down, interest rate., what bank I would be using, taxes, Doc. fees,. NOTHING. Then I get in with manager and she tells me that my rate is 8.99% when I was at another honest dealer, same bank, same year truck, and it was 4.9. Raj. the salesperson is a joke. your dealership is shady and caters to people with bad credit. I will keep post other reviews so others will know what to watch out for if they go to your dealership.

We are very sorry for all of the issues you had when you tried to purchase a vehicle from us. The forms that you have to sign in finance discloses all of the information you were wanting to know, so we are not sure what you meant when you wrote that you were not given the information you requested. A purchase order with the complete breakdown must be signed by all of our customers as well as a lender contract that discloses rates and payments if the customer is financing. We are sorry we could not get you the rate you received elsewhere. Also, we help people in all credit situations. Thank you for taking the time to express your views and we will do the best we can to improve and continue helping those individuals in need of a new or pre-owned vehicle.
