I have purchased 2 Nissan's from this dealership (with the help of Shane McGrady, both times) and would highly recommend King's Nissan and Shane to anyone purchasing a Nissan. Everyone there is extremely friendly and welcoming. They were a pleasure to work with and I feel they gave me a fair price on my vehicles. We walked into Kings Nissan looking at new cars. We were greated by Christian Penafiel. What we liked about him most was that he was not pushy but very informative. We told him the type of car we were looking for and he directed us to those types of SUV's. He proceeded to show us everything about the Nissan Rogue. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the way he went about explaining the different parts of the SUV. He let us drive the Rogue and explained to us everything and how it worked and had great knowledge about every part of the SUV. We also had an SUV we wanted to trade in. Christian was very helpful with having it appraised. As we were waiting for the appraisal Christian got out some books on the Nissan Rogue and was going thru them with us. At all times Christian was very helpful but not pushy. When we got the appraisal on our used car he sat down with us and came up with some figures to let us know what we could get the car for. He was very helpful on what rebates were available and what type of financing was available. We also were looking for a certain color and he found one for us and even went and picked it up the next day at another dealership. We were able to work some figures out with Christian and walked out of the dealership with a new Nissan Rogue. When we came and picked up the Rogue he took the time to explain every part of the SUV to us again. He even put our cell numbers in the bluetooth to show us how it worked. He explained to us how to set up appointments to get the Rogue serviced and set up our first appointment for us. He also explained the procedure on how to get the car washed anytime we wanted too. We have bought many cars over the years and Christian is by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. I came into Kings Nissan on Saturday 8/10/13. I was warmly greeted By Tom. He was very friendly and kind. I had no clue as to what I wanted to buy. I just knew I needed a new dependable car that has a warmly greeted By Tom. He was very friendly and kind. I had no clue as to what I wanted to buy. I just knew I needed a new dependable car that has a minimum of 4 doors and could accommodate 2 child car seats for my two lil guys. Tom took his time with me and showed me a few cars. He let me drive a Nissan Altima and he knew right away that I was not comfortable in it. He apologized for having me drive the car. There was no need to do that because How would either of us know if I would be comfortable. It was a little bigger than what I wanted. He then showed me the Sentra and took me out in it. I fell in love with the sentra right away. When we got back he offered to show me another style but I knew the Sentra was for me so I declined. We went in and he offered me some water or coffee and we got to work on paper right away. My Credit was a challenge for a few different reasons. Since it was a saturday we weren't able to find a bank for financing. Tom was as disappointed as I was but he apologized to me and kindly walked me out. I was resigned to the idea of not being able to drive the car I fell in love with. I went to another dealer and was financed for my 2 nd choice vehicle. I took the car and went to work on Monday 8/12/13. When I pulled into my parking spot I received a call from Zack a finance guy there at Nissan. He told me that they were able to find a financial institution to finance me for the Nissan. My heart quickly sank. I had settled for a car I didn't want. I explained to Zack that I had picked up another car. After a few minuets he asked me if I had signed any paperwork. I had not. The printer at the 2nd place was broken so I was supposed to go back that evening after work. Zack told me that since I didn't sign anything that I had not technically bought the car and that I could take it back. Zack then informed me that if I really wanted the Sentra that I could bring the car I had to Nissan and they would take it back to the other dealer and pick up my trade in for me! My husband and I met at Kings Nissan after work and we signed the papers for the Sentra and the guys Tom, Zack, and John took extremely good care of us! I will defiantly will make sure we fo to these guys again for our future vehicle needs! This is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thanks guys! More
I would start with saying that customer service at Kings Nissan was way beyond my imagination. I felt like i was at home, I didn't fell i was at some dealership where i am just another customer. From starting till ending it was real smooth experience. I went first day ans met Shane and talked to him what i was looking for. He went ahead and show me not just one but 2 car based on what i was looking for. He made sure to explain me each and every aspect of the car. Also he made sure i could test drive to check handling of car. When we came back i got quote and they were very friendly. I told them i wanted to show car to my wife, they offered me to drive car to home if wanted to show her. But told them that i wanted to take time to talk to my wife and discuss. Next day i was curious to go to dealership with my wife to have look at car. We went there without appointment but still we we greeted very nicely and they made sure we were attended to what we needed. Travis and John worked with Shane and made sure to look into what they could do with our offer for car. They made us feel we were at home while they worked out deal for us. They all stayed even after dealership was close to work out deal with us and i didnt felt at anytime that they were eager to leave. And after when finalized the deal and bought the car, Shane stayed to explain us each and every feature of car and made sure to go through every button on car. I am really happy that i bought car for Kings Nissan, i will always recommend anyone i know to Kings Nissan. And on top of all i really love free car wash for life :). I went to Look at the 2013 Nissan Altima S. Then we went in to work on the credit. Well here comes the so called manager and tells me that there is nothing on my credit and he cant do anything. So I went to jeff Wyler Honda and I got the 2013 Accord sport with my bad credit according to kings Nissan for 375 a month whit out a dollar down. This place sucks WONT RECCOMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Christian did a great job closing the deal, which was fair for both parties. He coordinated several of the fixes and I am very satisfied. I have been going to Nissan since I bought my car for the oil changes I have never had a problem until today with Jennifer at the front desk. I asked Jennifer if we could make some popcorn she said no because it would get stale and that they usually do not make it until 11. I walked away she then was saying there were cookies by it which I knew already and could clearly see as well as my 2 year old son could. I pay 400 a month on a car from this location and pay for insurance to keep a car from this company and Jennifer was too lazy or didn't want to waste one bag of popcorn when my son was excited about it . She even continued to tell me there was a vending machine. A vending machine, really?! So I can go pay for something when you are too lazy to make popcorn that's suppose to be there for valued customers for free? Absolutely ridiculous. Manager will be hearing from me, I do not feel "valued" at all as a customer and things like this definitely make me rethink if I would recommend the store to anyone else.. More
This was by far the worst experiance I have ever had at a dealer. I go in to buy a Van have the sales guy promise me a price then tried to back out of that price. The van was priced at 5900 at the deal the g dealer. I go in to buy a Van have the sales guy promise me a price then tried to back out of that price. The van was priced at 5900 at the deal the guy went down to 4200 then the boss said that was to chep to sell it for after the sales guy already said that he would sell it to us for 4200. He flat out lied to us. Then come to find out find the same van on there web sight for 4900. So looks like they were just trying to rip us off. I am so glad we did not get the van who knows what is wrong with it if they can't even keep there numbers strait. Will not be shopping there ever again. More
