Travis Andrews didn't pull any punches, simply asking what needed to happen in order for us to buy the car, and then he made it happen! There was no hassle at all, it was amazing! In buying experiences in the past, finance isn't very personable, and it is simply sign and get on with your day. Travis Martin was different, asking about our lives and joking around with us while doing our paper work so that we didn't feel like just another set of bodies in his office. After the test drive with Tyler he let me go on my own to get a feel for the car. I was in love. The Altima was a perfect fit !!! After the negotiations, we settled and I was directed to John ... great guy ... and a great sense of humor to boot.
