Terrible car buying experience. I told the salesman I Terrible car buying experience. I told the salesman I wanted 2 keys with my used car purchase. He did not answer me when I asked . I waited patiently (40 minutes or so) to be checked out while I watched D play basketball in the lobby with a few other workers . Only one finance person was checking people out at the time despite the fact that there were two people there . A female finance person T sat in her office and did nothing and said she couldn't check me out because her computer was not working . I was ready to leave I was only given one key by a second salesman . I asked where my second key was and was told there was not a second one for me . I said I wanted the second one and they said they would not provide me one because I was never specifically told I would get one . I asked why they would not give me one and the "manager " said that it would be an expense for them and they wouldn't make enough money off of the sale if they made / gave me one . He quoted me a price of 3-400 dollars for a new key . He gave me an ultimatum and said I could go ahead and just cancel the purchase if I wanted over not getting a second key and get my trade in back. This was after I had spent 2 1/2 -3 hours in the process so far. I was looking for the dealer to do the right thing and give me a second key at no cost to me because I asked for one and was not told there was not a second one before the sale closed and I was ready to walk out the door . Could I have canceled the sale ? Yes . However, I would have had to repeat the same car buying process at another dealer later ( now making sure they would at least answer me about the second key I wanted ). In the end , the best they could offer me was for a replacement key to be made at "employee " pricing and a return trip to the dealer 35 minutes away the next day . There was also a plastic trim piece missing from the front of the car which I asked to be replaced before I took the car home . As it turns out , they forgot to do that and I had to have it taken care of the next day . There was also an old fast food bag left in the console between the seats which I discovered when I got home . This was obviously missed when they cleaned out the car before they gave it to me . A bright spot was Christian who helped me get the trim piece mentioned above when I returned the second day . More

FIASCO EXPERIENCE FOR A REPEAT CUSTOMER Jeff Wyler talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk! They pride them selves on customer service but when they’re an issue on hand they lack the skill to resolve the issue!!! They messed up our loan, not once but three times!! We purchased the car and closed the loan on June 27, 2020 or at lease we thought we did until we were alerted on 7/13 and 7/15 that their manager made a mistake on our paperwork. The kicker and what upsets us most is that they reran our credit on 7/13 and 7/15 these were not authorized credit checks!!! I understand mistakes happen but we were already approved (this was NOT a yo-yo loan or a spot delivery) so why the need to rerun the credit. The last two times they had us sign the paper work they had the sales man (who was the only positive experience) come to our residence to sign the paperwork! We still don’t have copies of our loan documents. Supposedly they will be sent via fed-ex and arrive on Monday..we won’t hold our breath! **THERE WERE TWO OTHER FAMILIES WHO HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE*** More

Driving my DREAM car!! I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience here! Clayton and Franco both worked very hard on making sure that I had the exact righ I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience here! Clayton and Franco both worked very hard on making sure that I had the exact right fit in a car - Franco knew exactly which car to show me, he answered every question I had and made me feel completely comfortable in choosing what I did! I had no hesitation or doubt in my mind that I was making the exact right choice in cars - and dealers! Clayton was so attentive to my financial requirements, he gave me more than fair trade - in on my other vehicle, he made sure my price was right - AND that my payment was where I needed it to be! Poor customer service post sale I contacted my sales representative Ben Barker that my car possibly needed service, he told me to bring it in so I did. After the business manager Zack Funkhouser argued with me for a good 15 minutes telling me my concern for my vehicle was invalid, he informed me my car would not be looked at by the service team, he instructed me call back the next day, and make an appointment with the service team to bring my car back on another day. This team could use some serious up training in the art of customer service. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with the Jeff Wyler Kings Automall staff since purchasing my vehicle less than two months ago. They are a complete joke. More
