I had been looking for a new vehicle since December. It seemed everywhere I went there was always something that caused me to walk away empty handed, unhappy and still looking. That was until I went I pulled into Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan and met Kevin Shaknaitis. The first and only car he needed to show me was 2022 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition. But it wasn't until about a week later I reached out to him about the car. The car I originally wanted was no longer available but that didn't stop Kevin. He actually found me one I fell in love with even more than the original. And when I showed up to do the paper work he already had the car tagged, paper work ready and keys in his hand. He set me up with my nissan account and even got me an appointment to get the windows tinted. By far the best experience I've ever had buying a car and I couldn't ask for a better experience for buying my first brand-new car. Thank you Kevin! You have no idea I truly grateful I am. More

The worst customer service ever! Brand new car off the lot purchased 2 years ago and it has broken down over 10times since then! The last 3times (including this one) has left me car less, unable to work, lot purchased 2 years ago and it has broken down over 10times since then! I pay my auto loan EVERY month ON TIME, but Jeff Wyler will sell you a vehicle, get their commission and not care about how they sold you a lemon! I have a lawyer and nissan is jumping through hoops because they don't want a lemon on their record lol. I will post this on every Jeff wyler nissan site so everyone is informed of how that Good Ole boy club at Kings auto mall will screw you over backwards with no.... hope this helps More

In 2017, I bought a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership and it was a horribl just bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. In 2017, I bought a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership and it was a horrible experience. I loved my 2017 Rogue and knew that I wanted another Nissan. I almost did not go back to this dealership because of the salesman (and his manager) that I had in 2017, but I decided to give it a try since it was four years later. Fernandria Faulkner (she goes by Nan) was my salesperson and she was FANTASTIC!!! She made the entire buying experience as easy as possible. Nan had a great attitude, an easy smile and she knows her stuff! I was torn between the Pathfinder and the Rogue. The dealership did not have a 2022 Pathfinder on the lot but Nan was willing to drive us to a sister dealership to look at one. I decided to check out the Rogues SL and Rogue Platinum that they had on the lot first and the rest is history! It's been one week today since I bought my new Rogue and needless to say I LOVE it! Nan has checked in on me to see if I'm happy with my purchase and to offer her assistance if there is anything else that I need.
