We had our reservations about business transactions over long distances. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as described over the phone. The van was perfect and everything we wanted. Samir was a joy to work with. He was reasonable and honest and followed up on all of our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, even after the sale. We love our new van and will refer all of our friends to Samir in the future:) More

Told one thing, and got another. Worse experience I've ever had. I was lied to, cheated, and talked about behind my back to other customers. Talked about personal things. Between my 2 friends and me, we spent over 100,000.00 BIG MISTAKE! Nissan has also done nothing to rectify this situation. More
